"Lovely little hotel in a perfect location! The staff were super friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfy, and the breakfast was delicious. Great value for money — would definitely stay here again!"

"Although I made a non-cancellable reservation from August 9th to August 15th, sadly, on that same Saturday, August 9th, my dog, Marley, had to be urgently euthanized. My wife and daughter suffered anxiety attacks and severe depression. Given this unforeseen situation, we had to cancel our vacation. As an exceptional and humanitarian matter, I asked the hotel if they could refund my money. I sent them proof of his death, veterinary reports, etc., and they REFUSED. Now they'll probably make excuses, and I won't be able to respond. Given that, I give you my word that everything was as I've explained. For this reason, I ask that before choosing this establishment, you take into account the lack of sensitivity shown toward my dog and my family. Thank you all very much, and please forgive me for telling you my story, but the sadness and helplessness we felt drove me to this."

"This hotel is perfect for the traveller. It is very clean and modern, has everything including a good breakfast. I seen some reviews and I was a bit apprehensive about the breakfast but tried it on our 1st morning. It Did exactly what I wanted. I have included some photos. What the photos can't do is share the taste or flavour. So allow me. Nice. Coffee ☕️ good quality, fruit juicy and full of flavour, scrambled eggs and sausages very good, pancakes 🥞 definitely 😋 👌 Cheese and assorted snacks 😋 As the food items were consumed a staff member was on hand to refill. We were also able to purchase some tours and excursions from the lovely girl at the reception for good prices. Better than advertised on local brochures. Every little bit helps. All in, this hotel is perfect and ticks all the boxes, This is our 3rd visit to Istanbul a great find. Definitely recommended 👌 😁👍 Staff members are very friendly and helpful 👍 Hotel is doing well and is in a perfect location. We popped out to a nearby supermarket for essentials which was very reasonably priced. Congratulations to the owner and staf👏👏 Much appreciated for your efforts to make this so relaxing and comfortable stay. Because the hotel is in old town and there are traffic restrictions for all vehicles your taxi or bus won't be able to park outside the hotel, until I believe after 6pm. So you may have to carry your luggage 🧳 approximately 25-35mtrs up a typical Istanbul hill. Was no problem but could be challenging for wheelchairs or prams."
