"Very disappointing first and last stay! Don't go at end of season, 1/2 of the hotel closed! We have been coming to Turkey Antalya for last couple of Years and Bodrum 15years ago we decided to book Vogue Supreme... NEVER AGAIN !!!! Huge disappointment — luckily only 4 nights. It’s wrongly advertised as open all year round but it was like 1/2 closed!!!! Hotel doesn't not have enough staff . There were not enough staff to provide even a standard service. The buffet restaurant was overcrowded and only part open, most food was cold or unavailable. Tables not cleaned, not enough staff 1 person for all tables. Room was nice in the main building but no AC and nothing on welcome! Unbelievable for 5star hotel. The beach was beautiful unfortunately half of the beach closed, no service beach bar long long queues up 20min and snack bar closed, No wines no Other vodka apart from SMIRNOFF, no prosseco, everyday something was missing...unbelievable. Candyland same of course freezing water, most slides closed claimed to be maintenance issues. Some soft drinks and Only pizza and chips available to eat. The evening Candyland Funfair few rides open, candy floss charged extra €5! Basically No Entertainment apart from DJ one evening for 1 hour Lobby bar again long queues open on an evening in the lobby as basically only 1 bartender serving drinks Unfortunately they ruined our family 4 nights holidays, They cannot provide basic service, incorrectly advertised as we paid but not receiving the full service. Would not recommend to go in October"
