"Massive Disappointment as we had big hopes for this one, 4 nights stay after impressive first 5min in Lobby and seeing room but when we approached lunch and drinks bar.... It has started with feelings what's gonna be next .

LOBBY BAR and ENTERTAINMENT 2* - - - Omar very good but unfortunately 1 bartender only, Queues up to 20min and 3 drinks max per person we were told ( 7 of Us min 2people waiting in queues or ordering drinks through a waitress by giving tips ) , lots of electronic air fresheners, near the bar bit smelly that's whatyi noticed , basically no entertainment in the evening, everybody seating in the lobby, an example... DJ on our last night started 20min earlier but finished 1 hour earlier then scheduled on program and when someone approached him to maybe play something he called someone to take away that person, he even ignored Lady person wearing a birthday women... Dissapointing to see this all.
It was like hotel is about to close from tomorrow but was open for another week or so as I had feeling in general 1/2 of the hotel was closed, short of staff, I think nearly 3/4 of the amenities on the beach side was closed as only 1 BEACH BAR and ICE CREAM and cakes was open everything else was further down closed .
Famous CANDYLAND 2* - - - which was the main reason coming to this hotel with kids I would say more less 3/5 only was open including services and most which we were looking for for our families like "Cobra" were shut permanently, (ice cream, pizza, fast food and market shops were closed) luckily only some snacks and soft drinks were open but unfortunately my son could have only chips from there and I must say freezing cold water everywhere, in the evening we have only used it free ride, roller-coaster 5euros , candy floss cost 5euros that's a rip off for parents but you can't refuse to a child asking for it.
ROOM 4* - - - I must say nice clean room with beautiful sea view upgraded main building 1st floor, rooms are nicely decorated and comfortable (but missing some things on arrival for some reason later given on request) I would have come back to this room but for some reason I noticed last day which could life threatening for me due to bee allergy that we had Bee Cob in the corner of the balcony but looks like they were sleeping as there was no sign of them only mosquitos, AC for some reason in our room did work a bit and we could sleep comfortably despite winter season as they switch off cooling don't know why if they still have guests but the rooms feel stuffy overnight despite temperatures around 23-24 degrees but you can't leave balcony open because of mosquitos so AC should be available untill hotel is closed as we also paid for Air conditioned room . Sink for some reason was draining super super slow. I'm glad that we have had a room other side of the main building due to lots smoke coming out from the kitchen chimneys .
VIEWS 5* - - - beautiful landscapes, personally loved it.
BEACH area 5* - - - beautiful, tiny rocks in water, clear water, lots of sunbeds, only 2 piers with sunbeds available as rest as mentioned above closed .
FOOD AND MAIN RESTAURANT 4* - - - Food and desserts in general very good , massive thank you to couple of chefs especially only 1 best special thank you to Chef EREN who was able to understand and speak English and helped Us on few occasions THANK YOU VERY MUCH .
Drinks at the restaurant - - - fridges filled with water bottles and cans of ice tea, Fanta, coke or sprite, drinks like wine were bit of dissapointment at lunch or dinner due to they were short for wines and proseeco (leaving Us for example only white wine available) same at the beach bar which will mention later.
Breakfast 4* - - - again short of staff like lunch as simply 1 person at breakfast time can't manage so many tables on their own but special THANK YOU to Jennifer she was trying to best she can always smiled and welcomed Us !!!
SNACK BAR - - - We didn't used it but it next to main restaurant only 1 open
Only 1 small HEATED Pool 2*- - - unfortunately bit smelly and occupied 95% by kids with parents around .
BEACH BAR 1* - - - super disappointing as due to some similar reasons as above already mentioned , short of staff serving drinks, plus short of wines, prosseco, beer or any premium vodka (only 1 SMIRNOFF available, couple of occasions I was offered Absolut Vanilla... Come on seriously? ). Please see photos what was available.
Waiting QUEUEs - - - 5 to 20 minutes for this bar as only 1 was open near the pools and beach and short of staff serving drinks. Also drinks served in cheap paper cups including wines, when they run out of paper cups drinks were served in a glasses everywhere as simply they have no option.... Why you don't invest in all types of plastic glasses as 5star hotel ?
For all above bad points for - - - Management in the office shame on You as that's not those boys and girls fault who were trying to do best they can !!!
WATER SPORTS 1*- - - Personally I think it's too expensive, SeaBoB 80 euros per 15min, JetSki 120 euros per 15min.
POOLS 2* - - - of course freezing cold, 1 was very nice with the similar to white sand which looked like a "Maldives beach"
I noticed quite few cracked those massive glasses barriers by the small heated pool and ice creams shop as well... Dangerous for everyone around.
Once again shame on You management for closing most of the hotel and running out of wine or prosecco .... Unbelievable as wasn't asking for something fancy £100-500 whisky or wine but simple basic thing which cost few euros per bottle.
Dissapointing as we have paid full price for services advertised but available only were like 1/2 open, plus everyday same embarrassing for 5*star hotel everyday short of wines and prosseco/sparkling wine and premium Vodka that's unbelievable for 5star hotel !!!
Would NOT recommend it to go in October as we been , can't judge in high season."
