H10 Big Sur

"Just home from a week at this hotel lovely friendly staff such a quiet relaxed hotel. In a great place just out the back gate and you on the promenade. Pool doesn’t open til half 9 but there was never a rush you could still get beds at 3 in the afternoon. Great bar staff made fantastic cocktails. The lady that did the activities round the pool was lovely really enjoyed her music quiz in the afternoon. They give you a wristband to open your room and to get in the back gate but you can also pay with it which I loved as you didn’t need to carry cards you just settle your bill at the end of your stay. Would definitely go back was such a relaxing holiday. Also we ate in a place called Cabana for lunch would highly recommend their food."

"We have used H10 hotels before but not a boutique one. From arriving to find a business party of 20 booking in wasn’t the start we required. Especially after the chaos of the new bio metric system at the airport. Liona who was meeting and greeting said don’t worry have a glass of champagne then put out luggage in the store room and sent us to the bar. Twenty minutes later we checked in which was easy pleasant and swift. Our room was small but adequate we also had a large balcony with sea view. The sea views are definitely worth any extra cost. Food at breakfast was very good. The evening meals were great for me as I am a meat eater and the meat was very good quality Unfortunately my wife is vegetarian and found not as much choice as myself but always managed to have an enjoyable meal. The bar area is excellent the staff are a bit understaffed but were very pleasant and helpful. The entertainment was really good but not on every night we were there. It was that good it stopped us going out and about to the local bars. Pool area spotless and plenty beds on offer. An adult only hotel. First five days it was an older group of holiday makers then it was a mixture of young and old. A very laid back experience. Probably one of the best hotels we have been to in Tenerife"

"My mum and I stayed at the delightful H10 Bug Sur for 5 nights. I only have great things to say about this boutique hotel! As soon as we walked in, we were warmly welcomed with complimentary mimosas. This was just the beginning of the fabulous customer service from H10 Big Sur. Our mountain facing view room was spotless and very modern. It contained everything you could need, from a nespresso machine to shaving kits, etc. We opted for bed and breakfast. The breakfast had something for everyone and is of a very good, fresh quality. As for the staff, everyone from the friendly cleaning ladies to the barmen were a pleasure to deal with. The poolside area was fabulous, with a poolside bar and coffee nook. There was no shortage of sunbeds either, which can be a scarcity these days😂. The hotel provides a lovely air conditioned underground gym also. As for the location, the hotel is situated right on the beach, the perfect location I would say. Everything is in close proximity, including supermarkets, pharmacies, pubs, restaurants, excursions, etc. To add, each night we stayed the hotel provided entertainment in the bar at night. All in all, H10 Big Sur is a beautiful hotel and we are excited to go back!"
