"Apartment was lovely nice terrace staff lovely at reception We wouldn't return to this complex again due to mainly the sunbed system its outdated it started due to covid we were told and has carried on we were told there's wasn't a sunbedfor us the first full day 2nd day booked and was given awful beds in the corner near the kids baby splash pool .. just not for us every 2 days your queuing for 30 , 40 mins to book for the next 2 days and getting told we're you're sitting its an absolute joke unbelievable tbh! Il pick my own sun beds in future the place is not for us .we're not wasting holiday time standing in a queue to make sure we get a sunbed"

"Belting place to stay for groups, couples and families alike. Pool bar breakfast and dinner is really nice can’t comment on tea as always went out. Rooms are clean and have everything you could need (walk-in shower, ironing boards, full size fridge, extra pillows, all your kitchen appliances) we stayed in a studio and had a rather large balcony outside with a couple of sunloungers and a umbrella but never used it as went by the pool. Sunloungers are on a booking system and you can book your next 2 days from 10am each day, people queue to do this but we winged it and despite being in different places all through the week during the stay it wasn’t an issue whatsoever in fact I preferred it to the usual sunlounger wars you usually get with people racing to beds at 5am to throw towels on them going back to the room for 5 hours shuteye. You get designated a numbered bed and if you aren’t there for 10am you lose it and to avoid people putting towels on them and disappearing all day they also give you an hour limit on how long you can leave them for. Pool swim up bar does nice cocktails but you do have to go up through the pool with your cash/card/phone as opposed to charging it to the room which I have done at other places I’ve stayed. What I will say is certain pool attendants/life guards are very over the top and whistle happy like an attention seeking premier league ref. Went with the missus but plenty of activities for kids around and in the pool like the magic carpet run, swim gym, darts, pool as well as a little arcade and playground area near the top of the complex. Tanyos just outside main entrance to Sunset is a great little bar for a drink too. €100 safety deposit on check in which you get back. No issue but didn’t see any mention of it beforehand. Would recommend and definitely come back"

"we stayed here from the 10th October to 17th and must say we had a great stay. From the moment we arrived at reception we were made feel very welcome the staff in reception were really nice especially one of the men cant remember his name (I think he was in training). But all staff were really nice in the. The pool booking system I felt was a bit disappointing as there were a few beds with towels on them for about 2 hours one day and I was hoping to sit at pool but this was only a small issue. there is a shop on site and this is well stocked and prices are reasonable. the pool bar is a nice touch and the food here is quiet nice also the staff in the cocktail bar are great and the food hare is also very good the apartment we had was fabulous with everything you need overall this is a very good complex and we will definitely go back"
