I have stayed in luxury hotels across the globe, but this place is an absolute joke. To call this a "5-star" establishment is a blatant lie; you would have to be an absolute moron to believe this hotel meets international standards. Our entire stay felt like being treated as if we were peasants from the Middle Ages.
The Service (or lack thereof)
From the moment we arrived, the staff was extraordinarily rude.
• Luggage: Despite the 5-star rating, no one offered to help with our bags. When we finally asked for assistance, the receptionist acted like it was a massive burden and condescendingly told us he would "do it himself" with the worst attitude imaginable.
• Management: When we demanded to speak with the General Manager to address these issues, we were told he was "too busy" to talk to guests. Apparently, paying customers are at the bottom of their priority list.
The "Spa" and Gym Nightmare
• Hidden Fees: When I asked if the pool and sauna were included, the staff literally laughed in my face and looked at me like I was an idiot. Charging extra for basic spa facilities in a 5-star hotel is pathetic.
• Spa Experience: The spa staff barely speaks a word of English and are incredibly hostile. They don't provide bathrobes, and after a massage, they don't even offer a glass of water or a place to relax. It’s a factory, not a spa.
• Gym: The gym is tragic. On my first visit, the staff didn't even bother to show me around or explain where anything was.
Dining and Room Service
The room service was disgusting. The food was virtually inedible—completely lacked flavor and was poorly prepared. It’s clear the kitchen staff has as much passion for cooking as the front desk has for hospitality.
Final Verdict: This place is a scam. Save your money and stay somewhere where the staff actually knows what year it is and understands the basic concept of human decency. Avoid at all costs."
