Puro Grand Hotel

"I’ve been to Majorca on a number of occasions but this was my first trip to stay in the city. The city itself is incredible, some beautiful architecture and lovely streets to walk and good shops and restaurants, I’d highly recommend it as well as highly recommended this hotel. The way it’s been created from an old building is fantastic, we had a suite for 4 days and everything was impeccable. The service from the front desk to the breakfast staff and cleaners was brilliant and I can’t speak highly enough of them. We had breakfast included and there was a good selection of egg dishes you could have freshly made and the eggs bacon etc etc was good, plenty of good coffee and tea as well as a good selection of fruit, yoghurt, cereal and pastries available. Wouldn’t hesitate to book this hotel again, it was a lovely stay."

"The bedrooms are gorgeous with a huge bed, nice furnishings and a lovely bathroom. The breakfasts are particularly fantastic, served in a pretty courtyard with an amazing buffet and also delicious dishes to order. There is a small pretty rooftop with lovely views over the rooftops. There is a really nice bar at the hotel too . The staff were wonderful coming up to the rooftop with drinks and food off a menu. Reception staff were really helpful too"

"Beautiful traditional hotel with modern touches located in the centre of Palma. Friendly warm welcome on arrival and held our luggage until check-in. Room was spacious and clean. Double sink and shower. Robes and slippers provided. Little touches such as chocolates left on pillows on an evening. A little gift of tribal bracelet. Breakfast was delicious, something for everyone. Variety of egg dishes to order. Variety of pastries, fruit, cheeses and small selection of hot items. Also every now and then they would bring items freshly made to tables. Cinnamon pancakes and cream were delicious 🤤 Staff were chatty and friendly. Beautiful scented candles. 🕯️ Quiet room (Mediterranean room 14) comfortable bed and pillows."
