"This hotel was great for the price we paid, clean, well laid out with attentive staff. The food was not amazing however, not a lot of variety and often cold. We didn’t mind this too much for breakfast and lunch but not great in the evening. The drink options weren’t fantastic either but your typical choices and standard for a relatively budget all inclusive. The staff were attentive and accommodating. When we arrived late May, the hotel was very, very quiet but got busier through the week, so if you are going mid summer its likely to be fine. On that basis there was no evening entertainment other than a singer on the last night. Rooms are spacious and have everything you need, however they can be noisy. We had someone who liked to sing in the shower next door so had to listen to that on a couple of occasions. The hotel grounds are lovely and very well maintained, it’s a nice, well equipped hotel. The gym is not worth visiting though! For the price we paid the standard of hotel was expected. So it’s a good choice if you are looking for a cheap, family friendly hotel in a decent location. Weatherwise be warned that Lanzarote is windy, (literally most of the time) so take a jacket for evenings. It’s probably milder in mid summer but that wind does pick up, making it cooler. The resort of Playa Blanca has a pretty beach and lots of lovely restaurants, particularly around the Rubicón Marina."

"Arrived June 1st. Had another warm welcome from reception on my return visit. Had to wait for my room to be ready which is never a problem as I was booked in and could use all facilities. Lovely welcome back from the barman at the pool bar. I go all inclusive and the meals are amazing again. Salads are always fresh and there’s choices for everyone’s taste. My room 852 is absolutely my favourite so far with sunbeds on a separate balcony. This is my 3rd time this year at the hotel and everytime it gets more amazing for me to chill out and relax. The hotel staff always go over and beyond for your every needs where they can. Anyone looking for a relaxing holiday to recharge the batteries or have some personal time I highly recommend this hotel. All the staff from managers, bar staff, waiters in restaurant. Room staff all are friendly and say hello when passing by. Well done THB again."

"As its my last night and a few minutes to kill i thought I would write this review now, as its been so impressive here. For 300 quid what a bargain 3 nights half board. Located 15 mins walk from everything I.e. food drinks entertainment, beach, its all within a mile so getting around the main part is easy. Big room overlooking top pool, was easily one of best located. Room 573. No background noise in the rooms , can't really hear neighbours. Very peaceful but not too quiet, Food is quite nice actually, alot better than some 4 and 5 star hotels ive been to. I would advise getting there at 7:30pm for dinner as food does seem to cold a bit cold sometimes but that's because its not really really busy so they don't need to refill as much. Fresh eggs bacon sausage, not a bad English brekkie but obviously never as good as back home. Fresh meats cooked at tea, always something to find. Chicken chips always there for picky eaters, they even have heinz ketchup and hp sauce 😛, plenty of delicious puddings from rice to gateaux to cheesecakes, fruit, mousses ice cream, u won't go hungry . Staff friendly and polite, a mixture of couples, older and families. Aldi over the road for coffee etc although sachets get topped up every day. I can't really comment on entertainment as didn't go on an evening although kids seemed to be enjoying themselves. I've spoke to alt of people here and ive not heard one negative comment or complaint. Im booking again for November, ive just asked them to reserve the same room and its not a problem so I know I will have same room again. I wish id booked longer tbh......can't wait to come back, maybe not everybody but its perfect for me and clearly alot of other people too. Book it you won't be disappointed , this is a good hotel and playa blanca is perfect"
