"Location ok, very loud hotel, no security, no rules, drunk people shouting after midnight and swimming in the pool, rooms outdated, furniture destroyed, air conditioning not working, cards for rooms had to be reset few times every day as didn't work, no easy access to water, dirty dishes in dinning room, repetitive food but not that bad, hard working staff"

"There is absolutely no way this hotel deserves 4 stars. The biggest issue was the amount of insects everywhere — even in the dining area, including under the tables. This is completely unacceptable for a 4-star hotel. The staff at the beach bar were also very unfriendly and seemed as if they were working there as a punishment rather than trying to help guests. There were very long queues, which made getting drinks quite frustrating. Another major problem was the sunbeds. Guests were reserving them with towels from as early as 6 a.m. If you didn’t reserve a sunbed early in the morning, there was basically no chance of finding a spot by the pool. The location itself is pleasant, but unfortunately, the problems with cleanliness, service and the organisation around the pool significantly affected our stay. Definitely not a 4-star experience."

"With a late check-in where we were met by staff members arguing and swearing at each other... There was no food available.... The rooms were dirty, curtains not attached to the rails properly, and not enough towels in the room. We braved breakfast which was tolerable, lunch not so..didn't dare risk staying for dinner... We checked out less than 18 hours after check -in..."
