Europa Splash

"We really enjoyed our holiday. The hotel was clean, the room was small but comfy. The food was a really wide selection, all clean and all rather lovely. Lovely staff who helped us as a coiple of allergies and they helped to translate. The pool was freezing but weather can't be helped. We arrived at 4am and were given a bottle of water which was lovely. Our room key kept breaking but they were courteous and helpful. We explored one day and the hotel provided us with a packed lunch which was very sweet of them The children's entertainer was a very lovely lady. We were floor 1 and above the bar yet we heard nothing once our door was shut. Highly recommend"

"Stayed here with family 3 kids 7 11 13 in October. Hotel location is perfect, staff friendly especially the manager i think is name is Peter. Rooms are small but have everything that is needed very clean house keeping do a great job. We were facing stre found it very noisy at night.pool is quite small ,but kids enjoyed it splash park was closed disappointed as other hotels in area were open which we paid to use one afternoon. Food is ok typical all inclusive however not alot of variety , alot of fish."

"Reception. We had an early check in 4am, and reception staff was helpful. Got a bottle of water on arrival which was helpful at this time. On paying tourist tax we had to pay by card, no option for cash but I'm assuming this was due to the time of night. Restaurant. Food was very hit and miss, very repetitive and luke warm at best. Pizza and chips at every meal, with pasta and sauces. One night there was a wide selection of fish to go along with this. Salad at each meal along with a cheese selection and cold meats. Pork, steak and chicken on several occasions through the week. Same desserts through the week just mixed around. Fruit selection at every meal also. Donut wall for breakfast along with a selection of cold pastries. Drinks were help yourself which was handy. Unfortunately we did encounter 1 member of staff who was rude regarding a pair of new sliders which we placed on a chair at our table so that no one would trip or fall. Although nothing was said to the child with his feet on a table 😕😕. Bar. Three very pleasant males who work the bar are a credit to the hotel, always smiling and laughing along with guests. Most enjoyable to be greeted by these guys every day. Pool. Pool looks smaller in person than on pics but plenty big enough when the splash park and slides are open. Was cold throughout the evenings even with the sun shining down on it all day. Splash park. Due to the time of year we visited (27/9/25-4/10/25) the slides were closed for the season, which was slightly disappointing as other hotels in the area still had theirs open. People could still use the grassed area next to this for sunbathing, which we did and its definitely a little sun trap. Room. Room 106 literally had no sun at all so try to avoid the back of hotel at this time of year. 2 double beds and 1 single bed in the room, which was plenty of sleeping areas. A wardrobe with hangers and mirror on the door. Bathroom consists of a walk in shower and a jacuzzi style bath, so could pick which to use. Unlike many hotels u only get 1 or the other."
