"Avoid, very expensive and staff are rude, I’ve been 4 times but this time it’s lost its appeal, called reception 12 times before I got a response, paid the £800 upgrade and got put in a crap room, staff when challenged about this were rude, nobody cared about the paying guests, all they cared about was the conferences that were every day, it didn’t stop with conferences day after day, so I spent £4500 here then another 1500 on food and I would not return, in fact I would not visit another Meliá as it’s put me and my family off being treated so bad after all the visits and money spent….we will now choose a hotel group who looks after their guests ,,,"

"We went in May 2026 in a deluxe suit. Positives. Rooms are spacious ans clean The grounds are great and high pools. Negatives When we went you couldn't get a drink after 8pm unless you went to one place. No pool bar and no way of getting a snack during the day. The food on the buffet was cold and repetitive. I didn't see one person probe any food at any time. I only went for 1 breakfast and that was enough and twice for dinner. The Italian restaurant was nice. I will never go back. Check in took 1 hour ."

Access to The Level facilities was a real highlight, especially the quieter pool and lounge areas, which made the stay feel more relaxed and exclusive. Overall, a high-quality experience with a good balance of comfort and service. We would happily return."
