"Hotel is centrally located. The lobby is very clean and the staff welcoming. Our room wasn’t ready on arrival because we arrived a good few hours early. We were able to leave our bags and head out sight seeing. Our room was on the top floor, spacious, clean and everything we needed. The hot water pressure was very good. Unfortunately the building opposite us decided to have a party until 6am! Completely not the fault of the hotel and nothing they could have done. We didn’t eat in the hotel but the breakfast menu looked good. Would stay here again as very central and a 2 minute walk from the shuttle drop off to the airport."

"I stayed for 4 nights and really loved it, I booked a room with a balcony over looking the front of the hotel, amazing location being only 1 minute from the Ramblas, its a great location, street is quiet at night, beds are very comfy. I was able to leave my luggage at the hotel on the last day as I had a few hours to kill, the hotel arranged my taxi, the staff could not have been any better. The taxi can drop you at the front door, Hotel was very clean, the hotel itself is so cool with amazing period features. I will be staying again."

"The room without A/C and smell is terrible and the front desk can’t help to change the room I tried to talk with front desk manager but no one available to help and the only help he offers you with extra blankets and small fan . I stayed 3 nights under this bad experience plus the sink drain is broken when we get to the room and the front desk telling us if the sink drains no problem and when we complain about bugs in the bed he telling us because we open the window. It’s the terrible experience at hotel I never get to this in my halls life. Plus the room is very small and noisy."
