"We were visiting family who live in the neighbourhood of the hotel, so the hotel was very convenient for us, and also very handy for public transport, shops and cafes etc. The nearby Placa Masadas is a lovely historical feature. It is a real hub for the neighbourhood and is a good place to eat and drink in both afternoon and evening. The hotel reception was friendly and helpful, in particular one female member of staff assisted us with taxi arrangements and with storing our luggage after check out. Very professional. Breakfast options are plentiful ( Fruit, creals, bread, cheeese, eggs , meat, preserves, pastries, cakes etc) and this was a welcome option for us. A member of staff was on hand to assist us at breakfast each morning and was a friendly face. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Good storage. Good shower, though there was a loss of hot water one morning. We were compensated for this and an apology was quickly offered. We would definitely stay again and would recommend it to anyone. wanting a good value, well serviced hotel with good metro links to the rest of the city. It is very much a local neighbourhood hotel, rather than a centrally located touristic hotel."

"Lovely clean room with clean comfortable beds, beds made fresh each day with fresh towels, nice to have a good spacious power shower. Very helpful staff both on reception and in the dining area, good choice of both continental or cooked breakfast options."
