Hotel SB Glow

"This hotel is beautiful and has easy access to the metro and 5 minute walk to shopping centre (Westfield). Staff were friendly and polite. Rooms made perfectly. However, the rooms were all different in layout. We had booked a few room for a wedding. The room we were given had the bathroom sink outside the bathroom which is understandable for hygiene reasons. But having a glass door with no handle or lock which means there is no privacy at all. We ended up going to other family rooms where they felt comfortable to use the bathroom or instead to the rooftop in the bathroom up there. I would not book here again for this reason. The hotel really needs to take this into consideration as people need privacy."

"I had a great stay here and for a very good price. Staff were absolutely lovely. One of the best designed functional rooms I have stayed in. I couldn't get the air con to work but luckily the window opened. I liked that there was a comfy chair, a desk chair and a pouffe (ideally placed to move so that I could sit while drying my hair). There was everything you need, including toothbrushes and toothpaste and an umbrella. Perhaps some slippers would have been nice and it would have been nice to have water left on both days.Great views from the rooftop and I can imagine that when the bar and pool are open up there in the summer it must be lovely. The outdoor terrace on the ground floor is also a nice facility. There is also spa and gym. Plenty of choice at breakfast and nice relaxed atmosphere in the bar."

"DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. My personal belongings stolen by staff, the suite was very small and smelt of sewage. The service absolutely disgusting. Would never stay here again."
