"Great boutique hotel! We decided to stay at Barcelona Actual based on a recommendation from the friend of a friend and it was as advertised. Close to everything, centrally located, with the train nearby or a taxi even closer. Next time we stay there, we will choose a room with beds bigger than 2 twin beds joined together. It was clean but no wash cloths and you will have to request a bathroom refresh. Well worth the price for the location and amenities."

"Stayed for 6 Nights in October 24. Very simplistic Hotel with simple, small Rooms. They seem refurbished but in a very cheap way. Worst Thing the Bed - hard/ no real cushion and to short for a 1.88M Person - your Feet will tangle off the Bed if you Stretch. Breakfast also very simple - no Fish, very limited offering (especially if your Pay 15€s for it - better go to a Café or Bakery close by). Cleaniness Okay Location very good, direct on Passeig de Gracia. 5* Hotel Sir Victor on the other Side of the Street with lot of Party Activity and Noise during the Night. Recommendation? Mixed"

"Cleanliness is just perfect accompanied by a Lovely gorgeous Scent : ). Room has a modern clean line design and it has a warm welcoming, highly comfortable atmosphere created by all of the right elements: Neutral Colour palette, Perfect Pleasant Lighting, Comfy bed, piles of cushions with different textures ( I especially loooooved soft smooth lovely velvet ones ), Cool Breeze of Air-con, and of course an electric kettle with variety of tea, coffee creamer, sugar, sweeteners and tasty chocolates in a tray on a table, right in front of bed. What a view ! It makes you feel at home, could enjoy a hot drink any time, without having to wait for room service or go down to the hotel bar whether early in the morning, late at night, or even in the middle of the night : ) All staff are so kind and sooooo lovely, it is like someone hired the most decent people in this hotel. Receptionist was so polite, sooooo friendly. talking to him was like talking to an old friend ! He was Informative, gave us a map for sight seeing, answered all of our questions patiently and even directed us to the best nearby restaurants which made our trip a perfect pleasant one. Young guy who showed us few rooms was so lovely and kind with the most beautiful smile. Honestly, it was so hard not to hug or kiss him! And the cleaner lady was such a beautiful, respectful and humble person which my husband called him Ma'am when he spoke to her; I never heard him call anyone Ma'am ! He said she is so respectable, you can’t refer to her with any other word but Ma'am! They are nicest, loveliest people we have ever met in a hotel ! This hotel is tremendous value for money, considering Location , just 2 minutes walk to elegant Passage De Gràcia Street and Services they offer and what is priceless, beautiful people you miss in the end of trip ! Believe it or not, in the end of the trip we did not even want to get back home ! we would definitely will be back to this hotel next time we are in Barcelona ."
