"We booked a wheelchair accessible room and it was substandard. The first-floor room was dungeon-like in its darkness, there were only twin beds in the accessible rooms and the electricity in our room wasn't working when we arrived. The front-desk person showed me a different room , one floor above mine, to see if it would work for me and it was beautiful (though inaccessible) with a queen-size bed and tons of light. I wonder why the accessible room has to be the worst one in the hotel. Also, to use the pool, a wheelchair user needs to go to reception to have someone come up to operate a lift to the pool. Just very disappointing overall. It was clean, the staff was friendly and the breakfast was adequate however, but they couldn't make up for the room's inadequacies."

"Hotel staff were friendly and helpful, room was clean and spacious, the location was perfect with lots of bars and restaurants close by and a short 20 minute stroll into the city centre...Nice pool on the roof as well! All in all, it was a great experience."

"Very clean spacious rooms. Great housekeeping service. Rooms at front of hotel have mini balconies and city view. Quiet. Excellent front desk staff. Made awesome recommendations for local restaurants. They helped carry on/out luggage from taxi. Welcome you with a glass of champagne. Top floor pool is pleasant, albeit a bit cool. They bring an ice cream treat to you mid afternoon near the pool. Walking distance to many great sites like Sagrada Família."
