Speaking of “fast service and problem-solving,” here’s an up-to-date example. During our most recent stay, my spouse accidentally left her mobile phone in our room after we had already checked out and subsequently checked into our flight at the airport.
After clearing airport security and passport control, I received a call from Receptionist Cavaca reporting that the phone had been turned in by Housekeeper Eva Santo. Working with Assistant Manager Carlos Rodrigues, who personally drove the phone to the airport, hotel staff members coordinated with a security agent at the airport who hand-delivered the phone to my spouse—just ten minutes before boarding! This extraordinary teamwork and dedication go far beyond normal customer service, and so we remain deeply grateful.
