"My wife and I stayed at this hotel for a week and were very pleased. Beautiful, well-maintained grounds, a great pool, and stunning ocean views. Three restaurants to choose from, each with its own atmosphere. Delicious breakfasts with a wide selection of dishes. Friendly and helpful staff. I especially want to express my gratitude to the breakfast staff: El Omari, Lahoucine, Azzeddine, Ayoub (the best bartender in Agadir), Abdilah, Abdou. Shukran Bizzaf and Bslama."

"For me this was a very disappointing hotel. On arrival took our passports and we sat and sat 20 minutes then got passports back. Another 20 minutes they required passports back no one had looked at them!. Our room wasn't ready, go and have lunch( It was 2.00) I didnt want lunch. Someone would come for us in 30 minutes. 2 hours later I went looking and a lovely lady took us to our lovely room. This lady was the only friendly member of staff. This is how the rest of the trip went. Booked a table at restuarant, turned up no sign of booking. Ordered a drink it never turned up. It felt like too many staff. Ask one member they would ask another colleague to do and so it went on..it was just too much like hard work to ask for anything. After 2 weeks in Morocco this was the only place I got a stomach upset. Our room was very nice."

"Fantastic! Incredibly beautiful garden and pool. Right on the beach. Friendly staff. Jacques Ruivo and his team cook at the highest level. The rooms are spotlessly clean. All the staff, from reception to pool service, do a superb job."
