"Great variety of a food. Staff friendly, personable, caring and helpful. Lots of activities for all ages. Property was clean . Beach was right outside the property, plenty of pool chairs , great bar service. Rooms need a face lift but still were nice. Mr. Simo was excellent for your planning your tours and Mr Aziz, the waiter took great care of us at every meal. We are glad it was all inclusive package. "

"AMAZING HOTEL! This hotel was perfectly located with the beach literally 100yards away! Plenty of small shops right outside where you can get gifts, food or drink etc. friendly and welcoming locals. If you fancy something different to eat from the hotel amazing all inclusive food. The. There is a McDonald’s and KFC right outside the hotel. ANIMATION TEAM - this animation team made the holiday stay amazing ! The team work amazingly hard day and night. They make you feel welcome and take time out to regularly come round and sit and chat to you. They get you involved in Daily activities and games which were so fun and hilarious. Huge shout out to Lucas - he was an absolute diamond ! He was our best friend during our stay ! Helped us out with everything and anything we needed. Sergio, Imad and all the others were so funny and friendly. No other words except AMAZING TEAM!!!!!! ROOM - every room is different. Our room had a huge amount of space - comfy and pleasant. I will say if you don’t mind late. Night music and general noice then choose and pool view room. But if you prefer more of a quiet night then choose a sea view as there was a lot of noice from the night club out the front which didn’t bother us - but if you had little ones then choose the sea view rooms. The hotel was amazing clean all the time. Staff are always buzzing around cleaning floors and tables - room cleaning daily and fresh towels and beds made daily. Pool water always disbursed by the pool cleaner so ensure n one slips over while walking round the pool. Empty cups and stuff collected from tables regularly The bar staff were so accommodating with the drinks you want. The cocktails are lovely but you need to tell them how much alcohol you like in your drinks as they will just keep pouring it in lol. I would go up and say strong cocktails for hubby and small vodka for me lol 😂 and they made it perfectly for your acquired taste. Overall this was the best holiday we had had ! I would definitely recommend this hotel for an unforgettable amazing holiday !"
