"A wonderful hotel. It’s so modern and nicely decorated, very unique and makes for an enjoyable stay.
The rooms are equipped with all you need, they have a mini fridge with drinks in, a coffee machine and tea station & also provide snacks and water upon arrival. (You do have to pay for the drinks and snacks which we were unaware of as a price list card wasn’t in our room, we had to go to reception to request one). The bed was very comfortable and there was a large flat screen smart tv in the rooms. All the amenities you require in all areas of the room(plus earplugs for the noise, which you’ll need!) things like hairdryers, slippers and other items such as bath robes and a laundry service via request & payment.
The whole hotel was very clean, our rooms and bathrooms included! One of the cleanest hotels I have stayed in!
The bathroom was decently sized and the shower had two heads which is always appreciated when washing my hair haha. The hot water was rather temperamental at times, presumably when others were using or had just used the shower. The water ran cold easily and the main shower head wouldn’t stay on due to this so we had to use the handheld. Hand wash, shampoo, conditioner, shower caps & sewing kits were provided but again some you needed to pay for.
Be prepared to struggle to sleep, it could be just due to the location of our room however it was incredibly noisy, other occupants of the hotel and housekeeping were rather loud from 9am onwards and the music can be heard and bass from the clubs can be felt till 4 every morning, which proved it rather difficult at times to sleep however you adapt after the first night and the beds are so comfy it makes up for it!
The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. They didn’t hesitate to help with things like extra toilet roll and we got the plug stuck in the sink and in an instant they sent maintenance up to fix the issue- no hassle. They were helpful with any queries and very cheery and pleasant all in all. They even occasionally had plates with pastries and snacks laid out at reception for free.
Housekeeping did a great job topping up and tidying the room, it felt brand new when we came back after they had been!
We didn’t book breakfast so I’m unable to comment on that, however the breakfast area looked very aesthetically decorated.
The pool area was very decent sized aswell as the pool & they also had a rooftop bar! Again we didn’t visit the pool properly but it looked wonderful.
It’s located a super short walk away from the beach, plenty of pubs, bars, clubs, restaurants, shops and places to do activities such as go bowling, go to the cinema, play in the arcade. It’s a really great and convenient location. Due to the hotel being on the strip, you will have to walk a little bit further out elsewhere (not far at all) for transport but a taxi rank is only a few steps away from the hotel.
Overall it was a really enjoyable stay and I do recommend it to others. But please remember it is a very VERY noisy location and quite a noisy hotel itself for multiple reasons so if you like a peaceful nights sleep it’s probably not for you, unless you request a room higher up at the back. Other than that, I can’t fault it!
They do have your normal charges when visiting places like Malta, Spain etc upon arrival but was only €7 for the two of us at a rate of 7 nights, so €0.50 a night. They also have a refundable damage deposit fee of €50 which gets released once you have checked out and your room has been cleaned etc. I haven’t received this back in my bank yet because they said it can take up to two weeks however I watched the gentleman at reception put the refund through and he also provided me with a receipt. So not to worry!
Thanks so city!"
