H Hotel & Spa- Adults Only

"I stayed here from 21st May to 24th May for my birthday I AC in the room wasn’t working the whole time the bedding was dirty the HOTTUBE in are suite was dirty and the waster run brown. The view was awful it was looking at the other rooms. I called reception straight away and they said they was coming to look and was going to speak to management I phoned back down later on and was told that there was no rooms available and they was unable to speak to management. I checked on bookings.com and there website and there was rooms available. Don’t recommend this hotel for anybody to stay at"

"The noise in this hotel is absolutely unbearable. The room itself is stylish and modern, and the staff are friendly and polite, which is why the service gets 4 stars, but none of that matters when you cannot sleep. You are literally staying above one of the loudest streets imaginable. Every shout, song, and scream from outside comes straight into the room as if the windows are open. The music does not stop until 04:00, maybe even later. I have now had two nights with almost no sleep. I have travelled all over the world, including very busy and noisy cities, and I have never experienced anything this bad before. I raised the issue early on the second day and asked if I could move to a quieter room to try and resolve the problem. I was told the hotel was “full”, which honestly seemed highly unlikely based on how empty the communal areas appeared. If you value sleep, do not stay here. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and I will never stay here again."

"The biggest issue is the toilet. It has a see through glass door. There is no privacy in the room. Reception said it’s because it’s adults only, but I don’t think anyone wants to watch their partner sitting on the loo! It’s also very dark. Like it starts fun and different, but the windows are quite small and so it just makes it so dark. Noise level can also be bad. Rooftop parties and all the street bars you can hear until 4am. if your on your own and only staying for a couple of days and you are also out partying till 4am, then it may be fine. But it’s not for couples or for 2 friends sharing a room."
