"Wonderful Apartment , great views though side views . No balcony but knew this when we booked , sadly to late for front site . Superbly appointed , especially kitchen . Serviced impeccably each day . Reception were very kind and very helpful , especially with ou boarding passes and some printing . The apartment block was very quiet and people staying seemed respectful of this . Yes noise from bars ….. till early am’s at weekend … but we close windows and somehow got used to it . Sad for Malta that this area like Bugibba could get a name for its self . We would return but to a front facing apartment and not in the height of summers However just one suggestion mattress protectors are needed on beds - And pillows . "

"So we’re 6 days into our 8 day break and the penthouse apartment has been fabulous - not perfect, but not too far away from it! It’s in a fabulous position with brilliant views, and is well furnished with three good bedrooms; two of which are en-suite with another separate bathroom. The furnishings are really nice, though some aspects would benefit from an update such as the blinds/curtains which don’t close very well. Great to have a fully equipped kitchen, big tv’s (limited channels) and air conditioning to provide all we could need. The balcony is huge with loads of space and the hot tub was a big hit. Yes this is a lively part of town and I would not want to be on the lower levels above the bars/restaurants, but there is little to be heard 8 floors up! The cleaners visit daily and change towels etc., as well as replenishing complimentary tea bags and coffee which is a nice touch. Happy to recommend this place!"

"Booked Pebbles after reading reviews online. Rooms lived up to expectation, modern, well furnished and to a high standard. We paid extra for a sea view and small balcony. What we didnt know is the hotel is above a number of extremely noisy bars. The noise from the bars and the road below made the balcony all but unusable at night. Balconies from neighbouring hotels either side are also very close and there was no Privacy screen separating us from next door. Access is through a small door between bars and up stairs to reception on first floor. There is lift access through the tex mex bar/restaurant below, not sure how this would suit disabled visitors as the bars get very crowded at night. Beware if hiring a car - parking in the area is a nightmare! Do not believe the reviews that say parking can be found easily in the side streets, they are rammed. Be prepared to drive around and around for ages and then walk a good distance if you are lucky enough to find a space."
