Courtyard by Marriott Sliema

"A wonderful stay on our first visit to Malta in early October 2026. The hotel is spotless, the breakfast is wonderful, and pools are beautiful. The front desk staff, particularly Navetta and Helen were so very helpful and made us feel very special. The location is excellent but honestly it is every member of the staff that we encountered that made our stay so special. Highly recommend."

"We stayed 6 nights at this hotel during our trip to Malta. At first, we did not like our room because it was too small compared to what we are used to. Since the hotel was fully booked, we were only able to change rooms after the 3rd night, and the new room was really better, with more space to store our luggage and our clothes. Also, the bathroom layout was better and we were not cramped in there. We received a bottle of sparkling wine and a card in the room to mark our 15th anniversary, which was very much appreciated. The breakfast was delicious and so was the dinner. We ate at the hotel almost every night, since everything was good, and the prices were no more expensive than at other restaurants in Sliema. We did not try the indoor pool, but we went often to the 7th-floor pool, next to the restaurant, and it was always pleasant. The hotel is well located in Sliema, within walking distance of the ferry terminal to Valletta. The hotel team is great and we would like to send a special thank you to Helen Dobson, to Nadia Borges, and also to a front desk employee whose name we do not remember (I think he comes from Pakistan). These 3 employees made our stay memorable. We would return to this hotel if we ever had the opportunity to come back to Malta."

"Location is great for Sliema. Hotel facility (room, lobby, breakfast room, pool) are very nice and more impressive than other Courtyards. Construction nearby is an issue during the day at the pool but not an issue otherwise. Pool service is too slow (we watched several couples give up on a second round as did we). Front desk staff is very good."
