"I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Milano & Spa in Verona and would definitely return. The hotel is in a prime location, just steps from the Arena di Verona and within easy walking distance of all the main attractions. I walked to Juliet’s House, the viewpoint at Castel San Pietro, and even to my wine tour meeting points—super convenient! When I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming. My room was ready early, and they kindly let me check in ahead of time. While I waited a few minutes for my key, they offered me a fresh cappuccino, which was such a thoughtful gesture. Throughout my stay, the team continued to impress—regularly offering complimentary bottled water, even one for the taxi when I was leaving. My room was small, but very modern, clean, and well-designed. There were plenty of plug sockets and even wireless chargers on the bedside tables, which I really appreciated. Breakfast wasn’t included in my stay, but was offered for about 8 euros. I chose instead to have breakfast at one of the restaurants facing the Arena, which cost me around 12 euros for pancakes and a cappuccino—a bit more, but definitely worth it for the view and atmosphere. The rooftop bar with jacuzzi was the absolute highlight for me. They serve champagne by the glass, Ferrari sparkling wine, and lovely cocktails—perfect for a sunset drink. The jacuzzi requires booking a time slot, and it seems it’s available before 3pm, as the rooftop opens to the public after that. Unfortunately, I didn’t get time to use it on this trip, but it looked amazing. Overall, Hotel Milano & Spa is a stylish, comfortable base in the heart of Verona with genuinely kind staff, thoughtful touches, and one of the best rooftop views in the city. Highly recommend!
