"Best hotel ever! This hotel has absolutely everything. The hotel is situated in a prime location overlooking Casa Mazzanti between the famous Piazza delle Erbe and Piazza dei Signori. The hotel is in a beautiful old building which still has a lot of original features such as wooden beams in the bedrooms and panelling in the main reception area this gives it loads of charm and character. The hotel has got to be the cleanest we have ever stayed in it is absolutely spotless! The biggest asset of the hotel are the staff. We have never encountered such fantastic staff. The reception team were very warm and welcoming and could not have been more helpful and went out of their way to help with any queries we had and gave us lots of tips and useful information regarding places to visit. In particular we must mention Adele the member of staff who runs and manages the breakfast area she is such an amazing and lovely person and goes out of her way for guests. The buffet breakfasts she makes are outstanding with everything you could possibly think of to eat, she makes it all including all the home baking which was delicious. All in all we had an absolutely fantastic stay and will be back again."
