Tiempo Hotel

"Wholeheartedly I would award the hotel 5 star because it was just what I was looking for,during a 5 day stay with my group. The staff were brilliant,nothing was too much trouble. Any problem/fault which I reported,was immediately dealt with. Furthermore the room was clean and spacious and for a little extra a double/twin room with a balcony was well worth it! The daily room maid service was efficient,towels were changed regularly. The breakfast was fine;they catered for all tastes: rolls,bread,croissants, pain au chocolates,cakes,ham,cheese,scrambled eggs,cereal,yogurt etc Even though it was not situated in the heart of Naples you could take a taxi or walk to the Metro(Line 2)to Piazza Garibaldi and be there in 10 minutes. There is a free hourly courtesy bus into the centre but it only operates in the evening. Maybe it should be available during the day too? All in all a very satisfying place to stay and well worth its modest 3 star status."

"The hotel was spotless. Breakfast was well managed and had a good choice. Staff were very pleasant and accommodating. Special shout out for Giorgio who couldn't do enough for us. It was only a short walk to the train station to take us to the city centre. I would recommend this hotel."

"The Hotel is currently undergoing refurbishment but not at weekends. Public Areas and Rooms are okay - the biggest downside is no T&C making facilities in Room or Vending Machines / Bar on premises, Also no fridge in room. Air Conditioning worked 24 hours when I stayed. Breakfast is okay and most of it is served from behind a counter by staff - this may be down to space constraints. Selection of Hot and Cold items. Few Bars and shops nearby and a 10 minute walk to the Train Station. Area is more Old Kent Road than Mayfair - but not that bad. The Partner Hotel opposite is a lot better and has a Bar you can use. Staff in Hotel are very friendly and accommodating."
