"This is an older hotel with narrow maze-like hallways but they were very clean and smelled fresh. It was quiet and everything the room was in good condition. Reception staff were courteous and helpful."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our 7-night stay at the Grand Hotel Europa, especially considering the excellent value for money. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the central station, making it easy to explore the city. Our room was cleaned daily, with fresh towels provided, and the hotel facilities were generally very well maintained. The only drawback was the firmness of the mattresses, which we found quite hard and occasionally impacted the quality of our sleep."

"What a fantastic hotel. Situated 5min walk from Plazza Garibaldi station. Where you can get a train, bus or taxi to all the best historical locations. Like The Amalfi Coast, Herculaneum Archlogical Park, Pompeii Archlogical Part, Mount Versuvious. Rome and the Beautiful Sorrento. The waiting staff were excellent especially Gino who gave me a more the ample breakfast. The barman Davido was excellent to his mastery of cocktails was brilliant when we asked him for a blue lagoon which he had not heard of before he profected the perfectly. Made my wife very happy. Reception was excellent when we had a problem with are room it was rectified immediately very impressed with service. Only 1 problem no coffee, tea or kettle for drink in room. Other the that thoroughly enjoyed are 7 day mini break."
