B&B Hotel Napoli

"Just spent 5 days exploring the area and as base camp for trips down to Amalfi, Positano, Pompei, Sorrento, Capri et al. Ticks all the boxes for location ( trains, planes, cabs) & fronts onto Piazza Garibaldi and the hive of activity that this leads onto in all directions in Naples. Front desk team great - thank you for the tips and helpful insights. Breakfasts hearty and plentiful and rooms basic and functional but provide good noise insulation from the throng of the City centre. Will definitely use / consider next time in Naples"

"Super nice location, the hotel was very clean with warm atmosphere. Stuffs were very friendly and helpful. However the AC was very old and it kept making very laud noise once we used it — even after we stopped it. Stuff was trying to help but it propped because the AC system of the whole building is too old. So we have to wear ear plugs to sleep."

"Our tour company booked us here; there is no way we would have reserved this on our own & I have notified our tour company this lodging is not acceptable. It is close to the train station which means this is a high risk area for pick pockets; we were told not to go out after dark. (A member of our group had his wallet stolen.) The hallway carpets are stained & disgusting. Many of the rooms have the tram running by them which makes it impossibly noisy. The area has trash piled up everywhere and a large police presence in the evening."
