Milan Suite Hotel

"Couldn’t fault it. Family travelling with 2 teenagers. Rooms were a great size for a family of 4. Staff were great, always helpful. Super clean throughout. Very good hotel."

"Trip started off on a bad foot as they take a 150 euro deposit for 4 nights…. The hotel is in a terrible location and no where near the centre of Milan, the travel links are good if you have a spare 50 minutes everytime you want to get in to the place…. Room was ok size but shower door didn’t shut leaving the bathroom soaked after every single shower. They then ask u for a tip despite not doing one thing to help the full trip on checkout. I was then refunded the wrong amount of money from the 150 euro deposit I was refunded in euros and not gbp losing me out on money after the terrible stay at the hotel. WOULD AVOID AT ALL COSTS total joke. Emails followed up to ask about my money getting sorted but they are not admitting fault and I have had to take them to task contacting revolut. They blamed the money on the “foreign bank” despite me using revolut to take this deposit. The “fitness area” is 2 cross trainers in the middle of a landing. TV in the rooms is big but only offers English news channels and no use of the internet for the “smart TV”"

"We had the naked room 0110. We were hugely surprised with the room and in awe of the size and space, lovely outside space for a good chill. Only down side we experienced was the leaky shower which dampened the experience (pardon the pun), we had a huge puddle of water outside after every use!... This was raised with the hotel receptionist at the time. Breakfast was great good choices, fresh options and awesome hot beverages. Hotel is slightly out the way from central, about 30mins each way at busier times but good transport system so not a major concern. I want to mention Alessia, apologies if spelt incorrect, she is a credit to the hotel, a fine example of what customer service is, from day one she was welcoming, took time to speak with us and explained how the transport system worked and where to go in Milan, she went above and beyond writing out directions for us, always served us with a smile, was very polite and professional. Overall, excellent place to stay."
