"I arrived at the hotel and welcome desk has been super professional and very nice. In two minutes I received the key and all information. Room perfect in modern style with all services and very clean. Breakfast…. 5 Stars. Buffet with everything and the service excellent. I request an omelette and in 5 minutes was on my table. I really suggest this hotel in Milan if you come for business or for leisure."

"If you want to pay to sleep in a dumpster this is your spot. Everything is a lie. From the building being Ada but 20 steps to get in and no lift.. to the rooms being so disgusting. Clumps of hairy nuts mite. Staff does not care you ask for it to fix and thy blame managment and say nothing then can do and then won’t cancel stay. It’s actually a scam. Should have looked on TripAdvisor before booking. Reason they are ranked in the worst place for hotels in the entire cities."

"The reception team were cold and unwelcoming, and the reception area itself felt tired and joyless. Worn furniture, no music, and no sense of arrival set a transactional tone from the outset. The dining room was equally uninviting. There was no welcome and no explanation of the breakfast offering. Everything is hidden behind a QR code with prices clearly listed, alongside messaging such as “buy now or pay more on the day”, which feels unwelcoming and not consumer-first. The decor is described as “modern luxury” but this only exists at a surface level. Cost-cutting is obvious throughout and directly impacts the guest experience. Rooms are large and clean but deeply uncomfortable. The mattresses are hard and cheap, pillows thin and flat, and duvets light and insubstantial. Despite the room size, there is no proper desk or chair, only an impractical stool and narrow shelf, making the room unsuitable for working or relaxing. There is no complimentary tea or coffee, only a paid minibar, reinforcing the feeling of being charged at every turn. Bathrooms were the best feature, well designed, but even here cheap toiletries and plastic cups undermine the experience. Overall, this hotel feels engineered to meet a four-star checklist at the lowest possible cost, with no warmth or guest-first mindset. The atmosphere is cold, the attitude oddly aloof, and even basics like air conditioning are locked unless requested, without explanation. The feeling is don’t hang around go to your room sleep and leave. I would not stay again. At present, it feels closer to a luxury hostel than a four-star hotel."
