J24 Hotel Milano

"Terrible customer service. Myself and my partner stayed her for 3 nights. 4 star? Should be graded lower than this! On the website it states that there is air conditioning inside the room which one would assume can be controlled from the room…. This was not the case, the air con was controlled by reception staff!!! I asked several times for the temperature of the room to be cooler, which was not done!!! It was an uncomfortable stay as the room was warm and muggy the entire stay! The cleanliness of the room was standard, nothing to write home about. We had our room cleaned during our stay. After one of the cleans, we found a false nail laying on the floor of the bathroom, in my opinion this is gross! The service at breakfast was poor. For example there was no bacon or scrambled egg left, I asked a member of staff when this would be replenished and they advised in 5 minutes. 5 minutes had passed so I went back to check, it was still not replenished. They advised me a further 10 minutes. A further 10 minutes had passed, I returned and guess what? The bacon and eggs were still not there. At this point I was frustrated, I asked again and was told a further 5 minutes. I returned…… still no bacon or eggs. At this point I just gave up and we left! Disappointing! The same thing happened the following morning with pistachio croissants. After staying at the hotel and the experiences I would not return and I emailed my complaint in. I received serval snotty emails back from “ Claudio” who I can only assume is a manager of the establishment. The emails received took ZERO responsibility for the faults / issues we faced during our stay. Would strongly NOT recommend staying here. Over priced and terrible customer service!"

"In short. Hotel is clean and tidy, nicely decorated. 99% of staff friendly. No tea or coffee in rooms. Breakfast mediocre."

"Had a 4 night break with friends this August ‘25. A little apprehensive ad I had read that the hotel was a bit far out of the city centre. Indeed, it was a 10 minute metro ride from Centreale but the Metro stop was literally yards from the hotel. Pleasantly surprised that the hotel was spotlessly clean, big airy rooms with good air conditioning which was essential as thete was a heatwave while we were there. Lovely breakfast with plenty of choice. Room cleaned daily with towels changed. The brst thing was the hotel staff. From reception, the bar , security and cleaners, all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Helped with taxi ordering and restaurant recommendations. In the end we were glad that we weren’t in the city centre. May not be the best choice if you have mobility issues with the steps down to the Metro but otherwise highly recommended."
