"Wonderful staff and included breakfast. Location near the central train station was perfect for our needs. We worried whether we would feel safe in that location, but iH felt secure and made us comfortable. We did not give it a 5 rating because the shower drained so slowly that by the time two of us had showered, water was overflowing the shower all over the floor, and because the floor was so dirty that the bottom of our socks after walking in the room were black. That said, we reported both things to the staff and they were eager to fix the issues. So, we would recommend the iH for its location, staff and breakfast, and just encourage anyone who has any issue with the room itself to politely share their concern with the staff and expect the matter to be given prompt attention."

"The hotel is about 5 minutes walk away from Milan Central Station. The receptionist is very polite, helpful and friendly. The room is bright in comparison with other hotel rooms, it's spacious, clean and has two chairs as well. The bathroom has the best rain shower facility I have ever used."
