Worried about changing travel rules and regulations? We’re offering additional flexibility where holidays are affected by the government traffic light system or restrictions in destination. All holidays can be changed, fee free, up to 28 days before travel. For departures up to and including 30 September 2021, if your holiday destination is on the amber list in the run up to your departure date, you can make fee free changes to your booking or cancel for credit right up to 24 hours before travel. If your destination is on the red list, you’ll also benefit from fee free changes or cancelling for credit. If you’d rather wait to see what happens, but the destination doesn’t come off the red list, we’ll cancel your holiday no later than seven days before you’re due to travel and refund you in full. We’ll also cancel any holidays where there is a known quarantine requirement in destination, or where there is a hotel quarantine requirement when returning home to the UK. Best price guarantee
Found the same holiday for less? We’ll beat it. We’re so confident in our great value holidays that if you find the same holiday cheaper elsewhere, we’ll beat the price. We’ll apply a credit to your online easyJet holidays account of the difference between our price and the cheaper price, plus we’ll give you £5 additional credit per person (excluding infants/free children).

If we have to cancel your holiday, we’ll offer you a full refund back to your original payment method and just to reassure you we’ve been averaging 10 days to process refunds, even in the early days. And how about if you’ve simply changed your mind about your booked holiday? No problem. If you choose to cancel up to 28 days before you’re due to travel, unlike some holiday companies that will keep your deposit, we’ll return your deposit (£60pp) as credit on your easyJet holidays online account. Plus we’ll refund any balance payments you made, free of fees.

Want flexibility? You’ve got it. We’ve made it possible for you to pay for your holiday in instalments with no fees, and in a timeframe that best suits you. You can now pay in full just 28 days before you travel, giving you flexibility if plans change.

Freedom to change
If you want to change your holiday with ease, we can make it happen. You'll be able to change your holiday online yourself, with no extra fees until 28 days before departure. Or you can call us and we’ve simplified and reduced the costs to make changes via our customer service team with the introduction of a low flat fee of £25 per booking.
Keep your deposit
Plan ahead with confidence. If your plans change more than 28 days before you travel, we’ll refund your deposit in full, paid in credit to your easyJet holidays online account. So when you’re ready to book another holiday, your £60 per person deposit will be ready to go.
