A slice of Greek paradise
There’s something about Sani Beach that just feels right. Maybe it’s the sweep of golden sand that seems to go on forever, or the glittering Aegean that’s never more than a few steps away.
Sitting pretty on Cape Sani, you’ll be treated to lagoon-style pools, panoramic views, and more ways to fill your days than you could possibly fit into one stay. Families love it here – for good reason – but it’s not all about the kids. With serene spa days, beach bars that turn into sunset hangouts, and dinners worth dressing up for, it’s the perfect mix of family fun and grown-up indulgence.

Hotel highlights
The setting that is. Perched on the edge of a thousand-acre ecological reserve, Sani Beach is hugged by pine forest and framed by sea. Seven kilometres of Blue Flag beaches curve their way around the headlands, turquoise shallows melt into deep indigo, and the air carries just a hint of salt on the breeze – it’s almost too good to be true.
But it is. A leafy promenade winds its way along the resort, putting the marina at your fingertips – a buzzy spot that’s all gleaming yachts, laughter over lunch, and clinking glasses. Whether your vibe at sunset is stroll or sip, you’ll feel like you’ve just found your own personal slice of Greek paradise.
Lovers of exceptional cuisine will not want to miss this. From 10th July to 7th August, Sani Resort welcomes some of the most influential chefs in contemporary gastronomy for a culinary gathering to remember.
From the Barcelona restaurant named the world’s best to three-Michelin-Starred institutions in Paris and New York, each chef brings their own signature style to create exclusive tasting menus, paired perfectly with a carefully selected wine list. What’s more, it’s all set against the picturesque landscape of one of the world’s best resorts.
Alongside this gastronomic spectacle, visitors can expect a pop-up patisserie from an acclaimed pastry chef, themed workshops, and talks from esteemed industry professionals.
Take a look below for this year’s line-up:
- 10th July – Pierre Gagnaire. An architect of modern French gastronomy. His restaurant, Gagnaire, has held three Michelin Stars since 1998.
- 17th July – Oriol Castro, Eduard Xatruch, Mateu Casañas. The trio responsible for redefining Mediterranean cuisine at their Barcelona-based restaurant, Dusfrutar.
- 24th July – Pía León. Co-owner of Centra in Lima and founder of Kiolle. Widely recognised for translating Peru’s biodiversity into cuisine rooted in landscape and identity.
- 31st July - Albert Adrià. A central figure in Spain’s avant-garde culinary movement and the creative force behind Enigma, recently awarded a second Michelin Star.
- 7th August – Daniel Humm. Chef and owner of New York’s New York’s three-Michelin-starred, Eleven Madison Park. A restaurant that embraces a fully plant-based menu).
Sani Gourmet 2026 dinners will take place every Friday at 8pm at Elia restaurant, Porto Sani. Make sure to book your place when reservations are made available.
This is a place that knows how to eat well. Really well. Poseidon Restaurant brings the world to your plate with its themed buffets, while The Veranda serves Mediterranean classics with grown-up flair and sweeping sea views. If it's a barefoot lunch by the beach you're after, Ammos delivers in spades, dishing up plates and views worth lingering over. But we might like Bousoulas Beach Bar best – tailor-made for sunset sips while you watch the world roll by.
The jewel in the crown, though, is the Dine Around programme. Stay half- or full-board and you'll open up a whole world of cuisine – literally. With access to 24 restaurants across the five hotels that make up Sani Resort, there might be some tough decisions to be made come dinnertime.
This is family time made effortless. Spend long, sunlit afternoons flitting between the splash pad, the kids’ club, and the Blue Flag beaches – where the sandcastle-building opportunities are nigh-on endless. There’s a creche, too, where your tiny tots will be cared for in line with UK OFSTED standards, meaning you can properly relax and make the most of your me-time.
As for your older kids, the Ozone Teen Club is where the too-cool-for-school-ers hang out, or they can try their hand at the likes of football, tennis, treetop adventures, and more. They really have thought of everything. You might even get to finish that cup of coffee while it’s still hot for a change. And with baby menus in the restaurants and in-room extras to take the hassle out of travelling with the kids, you can spend less time on logistics and more time lapping up the luxury.
…Or not. If you plan on spending your whole stay horizontal on a sun lounger, we won’t stop you. But if adventure is calling, Sani delivers. Learn to volley like a Grand Slam-winner at the Rafa Nadal Tennis Academy, take on the Bear Grylls Survival Academy (and relish the bragging rights), or head off on a guided jog through the forest. There’s yoga, too, plus bird-watching session in the nature reserve, and – for the sea-worthy – boat trips for getting to know the coastline from a whole new angle.
Evenings bring their own kind of magic – beach parties that stretch into the night and live shows under the stars that make the most of those balmy Greek evenings.
Even the most dedicated beach babes will want to carve out some time for the spa. Treatments are rooted in the nature that’s all around, with extracts of olive, thyme, and rosemary to help you rediscover that inner glow. It’s indulgent without leaning too far into fussy, with programmes tailored to you. Choose from rejuvenating facials, full-body massages, or a gloriously unhurried stint in the sauna.
There’s a heated pool for lazy laps, and a sun-trap of a terrace that’s perfect for a final few minutes of robe-wrapped relaxation before you head back to reality. Your sun-soaked Greek reality that is.
If you’re after next-level holiday luxury, the Sani Suite Collection delivers. The spacious one- to three-bedroom suites come with in-suite perks and a personal concierge to plan everything from dining to activities.
Kids aged 4–12 can enjoy the supervised Supper Club while you unwind at your exclusive beach spot, complete with snacks and a Sani Beach Bag. VIP priority booking for Michelin-starred dining and resort adventures keeps the indulgence coming, while complimentary transfers and private chauffeur tours make exploring effortless. In-suite touches like Anne Semonin toiletries, a pillow menu, upgraded towels, and laundry service ensure every detail is covered.
The Sani App. All your restaurant bookings, the kids’ club reservations, and anything else you might like to schedule all in one handy place. Bookings open for the season around February time – and usually get snapped quickly – so once you’ve confirmed your trip, touch base with Sani Beach's Guest Experience Team and you can get yours locked in.
That there's not one, not two, but three Blue Flag beaches at your fingertips here. All with swathes of powdery-soft white sand. For beach days like no other.
The in-room extras for tiny tots. With strollers, cots, bottle sterilisers, and even white noise machines available on request, they've taken all the fuss out of baby's first holiday.
