Affordable stay for needing to be close to the parks. Shuttle to and from the park was free but you will be packed like sardines. We actually got a larger room than expected - booked a double bed room and ended up with a room for 4 people …More

We arrived at the hotel after getting the fantastic RER A train from Paris for only 2.50 euros (the water in the vending machines was 3.90. We got on a shuttle but which was empty at that time in the morning which was pleasantly supprising. When we got to the hotel the staff were great and after my limited French ran out very happy to converse in English. We were dealt with reasonably quickly and given our park tickets, then told there were no rooms available until 3 (we expected this to be the case, it would have been nice if it were otherwise). We were then told that we could store bags in the bag room but we would have to pay for that service (this is not mentioned in the information for the hotel).
I went back to the hotel after 3 to check in, the shuttle buses were very full and were serving 5 hotels in that area so take longer than expected to get back and forth to the parks.
The rooms are a reasonable size but the bathroom is small when you have 4 people in a room, although the beds and linen were clean, the matresses themselves were very hard and i found them impossible to sleep on (i was absolutely shattered as were my wife and the kids) and none of them slept well, there were school children on trips running around and being noisy until very late, I am a teacher and understand what kids that are excited can be like but again was dissapointed that this was the case. I understand that it is a budget hotel with 2 stars but would still expect a kettle, tea and coffee in the room when you have paid over £1000 for 1 night for 4 people.
Breakfast was ok but busy even though we were there just after 7, again i would expect better facilities and bigger if they are going to try to cater for all the people that stay there.
At night the shuttle buses are dangerous, i am a front row forward so am used to a ruck and mall but what ensued when the bus turned up was nothing less than post appocalyptic zombie movie scenes, i would expe t the hotels and Disney, who are making money hand over fist to be more attentive to guests at their establishments, more buses are needed at peak times and there needs to be staff in attendance to manage this as I am not entirely certain how someone was not seriously hurt.
We had booked the Magical shuttle bus to get us back to CDG airport in time for our flight at 20.40, the staff at reception were either confused or did not care about that as they could not give me a straight answer about when and where this bus would turn up considering this happens 5 times a day every day, to be told that we had to wait outside other hotels, at the top of the drive, that the Magical shuttle bus does not turn up at this hotel and that we would be better off getting a taxi was poor to say the least, i spent most of the last day a Disney emailing the Magical Shutle company to try to get a definative answer when i should have been reveling in my daughters wonder at being at Disneyland. When the bus did come it took us to another hotel where we were offloaded onto another bus where the driver had to reorganise seats and clear paperwork of seats so we could actually sit down. We were dropped of a good 15 minute fast walk from our terminal.
All in all it felt a bit like we were an afterthought in the vast Disney moneymaking machine and that after we had paid we were forgotten about. We enjoyed the experience of the parks even though neither myself or my wife can ride the roller coasters and am just glad we were able to not let a poor hotel and service spoil the overall experience. I understand why people will keep on using this hotel as it is the cheapest (still not cheap however) out of the hotels that serve Disney. The 28 euros spent on storing luggage for 2 days would have paid for sonething else on the park, when you add the money spent in vending machines on water and snacks it is more like 50 euros. I wonder if Walt would have been happy with paying Disney customers being treated in this way. I understand theae are all very much first world problems, however i would not stay at another B and B hotel. I would recomend that if you can afford it to stay somewhere better."
