"When comes to experience there have to be more „emphatic” threatening in my opinion. We were checking in at 2:30am with kids. We were thirsty. I asked for something to drink at the reception.. but there was some other people as well and I think just small chaos didn’t allow reception to bring us as sth to drink. We were ok, as we were told that „water is for free in the room”. We were not pushing to get the drink at the reception as finally we got card, and were escorted to the room. But.. in the room there was no small water bottles. I took one from minibar for my kids. Next day I realized that small water are paid.. but I have checked room bill few days later - nothing was added to my bill (this could be checked in TV). But interesting is… bill was for Mr. Kadłubowski :) I’m not mr Kadlubowski. On check out - I was asking if we are okey (I had additional payment that I was paying) - I was told: yes. I asked: „nothing else right - like minibar?” - „yes” I heard. I paid my additional fees. I though we are all good. We were waiting for a pickup for airport for around an hour after checkout. Then another man from the reception came to me asking if I’m from 4009 room. I said „yes”. Man said: „there was missing one bottle of water from minibar”. I said: „might be because I heard water is for free when we were check-in in and there was no water when we came into the room”. Man again asked: „did you drink it”. I said „yes as I was thinking it’s for free and there was no small bottles with water when we get into the room”. „But you need to pay”. I said „ok”. I paid one more time ~10 minutes before being picked up by shuttle to airport and around hour when I heard on chceckout „we are good- thank you for your visit” :) Similar situation happen to me in another country. Completely different hotel. I get into the room - no water (but I was told that water is for free). I got Cola from minibar as it was 4am and I didn’t want to bother reception to get me a bottle of water. Next day when I was talking with reception lady I was „in-advance” asked that „you used cola from minibar so there will be additional payment at the end” - I said „yes - as there was no water in the room”. They were saying sorry - and for making me happy they made my minibar for free till the end of my stay. That’s what they called „experience”. When comes to the room/ uhh… that construction next to the window was a bad joke I will not comment… But cleaning service was ok. Food was very good."
