"STAFF: Absolutely fantastic, everyone worked exceptionally hard and never seemed to slow down. Above and beyond service from the lifeguards, getting you a change of towels, setting up beds and bringing flowers to sun-loungers to the waiters in the restaurants running around after the kids, and waiters who didn’t leave you sat with an empty glass for long (and everyone else in between) . Absolutely every single member of staff was friendly and polite and provided a very high standard of service! First class and Amazing!
ROOM: upgraded at checkin to a sea view suite and this did not disappoint. We had masses of space, huge shower, big comfy beds, free safe, TV (could only find one English Channel), water and drinks restocked daily and towel art on the beds every day to the delight of the kids.
GROUNDS/LOCATION: huge with lots of pool choices! neatly set out. Peddle bikes and peddalos available for free. Security cameras were dotted around everywhere and security staff walking the grounds 27/7, it felt very safe.
We didn’t leave the hotel as we were there for a chilled out week, however there wasn’t anything outside of the hotel when we arrived and a taxi would be needed to get to any local shops
CLEANLINESS: the whole complex is immaculate, dining areas constantly cleaned, rooms cleaned daily, all loungers wiped daily, cigarette tubs and recycle and waste bins round every corner! Minimal bugs and not one of us came home with mosquitoes bites.
ENTERTAINMENT: entertainment every night including mini disco followed by a short show of some kind . kids entertainment was out of this world on an evenings with football/tennis courts and a VR room included in your stay at no extra cost - queue for this were reasonable and you didn’t have to wait long. As you can imagine we spent the majority of our evenings here and had trouble dragging kids away who loved everything in here.
FOOD: lots of different areas to eat, something for every one, steak house had to be booked in advance but was one of the best meals we had. We never struggled to find something to eat - I’m quite picky so stuck to the typical all inclusive food but the husband eats anything and says it was above average for an all inclusive.
Snack bars during the day did amazing sub rolls and ice cream was available all afternoon from the waterpark snack bar.
We had a birthday during our stay and the hotel went above and beyond with a cake and which had to be arranged the day before at no extra cost.
POOL, WATERPARK AND BEACH: Spotless and well maintained, safety appears to be priority at the water park and the beach and the lifeguards had eyes everywhere. There is no sun-loungers at the waterpark however there is plenty of seating available around the park with shade if needed. The kids were very impressed with the Lift up to the top of the slides so they didn’t have to drag the inflatables up several flights of stairs
The beach is really good compared to other hotels we have stayed at. Clean. Sand. Plenty of sun-loungers and a place off the pier to swim with the fishes, kids and husband loved this!
SALES STAFF: would come round most of the day selling boat trips, safari, spa ect as per usual in hotels like this. It was annoying but we accept they are just doing their job and a polite no thank you worked. There was red flags available from the lifeguards which they put up to stop the sales staff approaching
SPA: we didn’t use this but showered here before our flight home, and again was clean and staff were very polite and professional.
Overall we were really impressed with the hotel and the price we paid. We would defiantly come back or recommend for families with teens or coupled ."
