"What an amazing hotel from start to finish it was absolutely stunning! The staff are friendly and always willing to help! The room is a generous size and is well put together for everything you would need, always clean and tidy. The hotel itself is stunning and in a perfect location for popping to the beach with its own bus service that is regular. The balcony we had faced onto a pool with a view of the outside bar area, I enjoyed listening to the evening entertainment when the kids had decided they was tired. All in all I can’t fault this hotel or our holiday in Egypt! This was my first time into the country and it’s solidified itself as one of the best holidays I’ve had and we will be returning! The water park is amazing for the kids and adults alike as we all had fun! I can’t fault anything. The selection of food was great, we came over Halloween and the theming made it a memorable experience for the kids! Keep up the amazing work!"

"Airport was only 20 mins away, service has been 2nd to none. Mohammed was incredible keeping us hydrated during the day with drinks deliver right to our loungers. Entertainment team Abi and all of the team has us all doing waterpolo and other activities which include all the family in and out of the pool. Rooms are cleaned to a high standard and the food is some of the best food we have ever had at an all inclusive. One of our family member’s is Egyptian and the local cuisine has been incredible along with all of the other options. We haven’t even wanted to go to the al a carte as the food is so good! I have 1 fussy eater and he has been loving all the food and snacks. Will be back!"
