"On our arrival the reception team were quite unfriendly and unhelpful. Once checked in to our room on the second floor we found it over looked a building site, bus garage, other apartments plus a road. This was a self catering apartment with no toaster, cooker or microwave just an air fryer and kettle, fridge but no freezer. There was one small soap in the bathroom by was of toiletries. The single glazed patio door did not lock as no lock present either, we found it hard to work out how to turn the lights on and then discovered you had to pay for the air con. We went back to reception to request a different room and we were told there was nothing else available so basically a take it or leave it attitude. We were told that the cooker, microwave and toaster had been removed because of health and safety but that does not make sense if you replace it with an air fryer. I explained I had not come on holiday to look at a building site, bus garage or learn how to work an air fryer and that it would definately not be big enough to do a Sunday roast. We contacted Love Holidays to request bring move which took a considerable amount of time and are still awaiting a solution as they can’t get hold of the management here. When you read the review by love holidays it is nothing like what you sadly arrive to, so if you book a reservation I would advise you to take not only my review but other reviews before you take the plunge.

Outside the hotel
The property is perfectly positioned just a few minutes' walk from the nearest beach, with restaurants, bars and nightspots in the immediate vicinity. History enthusiasts will appreciate being a stone's throw from the famous Tombs of the Kings, whilst Paphos Castle and both the old and new town centres are within a 20-minute walk. For those seeking adventure, there are two water parks nearby - one in Paphos and another in Limassol. Golf enthusiasts will find courses just a 20-minute drive away, and various excursions including jeep safaris and boat trips are available for exploring the beautiful Cyprus countryside.
