Louis Phaethon Beach

"Having recently returned home after our 4th visit to the Louis Phaeton Hotel, we can look back now on yet another brilliant holiday. The hotel facilities are excellent and the staff are amazing. In the dining room Ahmed in particular deserves a special mention. He greeted us like old friends and looked after us well, constantly smiling and chatting, whilst quickly and efficiently getting on with his job. We also enjoyed our evenings in the bar, where all the staff were welcoming and helpful. There was a wide choice of drinks, which included a whole range of freshly made cocktails. Jenny, behind the bar, is fantastic, working at top speed and at the same time happily chatting to everyone. We have never been disappointed at the Phaeton and would recommend it to anyone who wishes to have a carefree and enjoyable holiday."

"Our second stay here 30 years apart and it was all as good as we remembered. The hotel is spotless with beautiful grounds and exceptional hard working staff in every area. Special mention to Ahmed from the restaurant who greeted us every day like we were old friends remembered our names asked us about our day and constantly checked all was ok. The food here is amazing lots of variety and not repetitive like some hotels we have stayed everything was cooked served and presented perfectly. We took our son who is 8 and the slides were a real favourite but he also used the tui kids club and enjoyed every session. Like most hotels during the lower season months the pools were cold if there was just one heated this would be head and shoulders above the rest of the hotels surrounding it. We travel a lot and this is def one of our favourites wouldn’t hesitate to return in fact already looking for next year."

"Wow ! Another amazing holiday at Louis Phaethon beach, this time we visited for Halloween and it was amazing ! Entertainment was brilliant from morning to night there weee always fun and varied activities to suit all ages! Personal highlights were “ white night “, the Halloween party night with a great show and so many activities and games for the children with a brilliant scare maze. The entertainment manager Jamie works hard day and night to make sure everyone is having a good time. We had been at Easter when he was there so we knew it would be amazing and it was. Special mention to Sophie the dance captain who always makes sure we get a good show even when she has to change things last minute ! The food was lovely and varied everyday and bar and restaurant staff so attentive and hard working always with a smile, the cleaners and lifeguards don’t stop all headed by a great management team. We will be counting down the days until our next visit ! Thank you again."
