"I originally wrote a positive review... BUT! I feel I simply have to change it. Our entire vacation was ruined by the tourists in the room on our floor. We specifically chose a hotel for families with children, so that our stay would be comfortable. But we were faced with the fact that this department doesn't even have proper security. During our entire stay, one married couple (with small children, mind you!) were suffering from delirium tremens from too much alcohol at night and were screaming down the hallway so loudly that everyone on the floor woke up! And not once did any of the staff come up to them and calm them down. I think this is disgraceful for the hotel, because it's your reputation and the safety of your residents that matter! This isn't even a 4*, it's a stretch to call a 3*."
