"We booked with EasyJet as a package holiday and it was the easiest process ever! We got on our flight, landed at the airport which was so easy to follow, found the easy jet desk and got straight on the coach. 25 minutes later we arrive at the hotel and myself and my grandma were greeted with the amazing receptionist. There are lifts and great disability access and everyone is so helpful! Right on the beach front as well. As a fussy eater, I was most impressed with the variety of food they had (with everything labelled as I am allergic to fish and they were so helpful with assisting with allergies). Entertain and activities were amazing. Great for families and the rooms were so luxurious! Will definitely be coming again and my grandma is confident she would be able to navigate and do this holiday alone as everything was so straight forward and helpful! Great value for money!"

"We had an absolutely amazing stay at Louis Imperial Island Resort and cannot praise the hotel enough. From the moment we arrived, every single member of staff made us feel welcome, valued, and relaxed. The level of service throughout the entire hotel was exceptional. The management team were always visible, professional, and genuinely cared about guests having the best possible holiday experience. Their attention to detail and warm attitude really stood out and created such a friendly atmosphere throughout the resort. A huge thank you to all the waiter staff and restaurant team who worked tirelessly every day with smiles on their faces. The service during meals was outstanding — always attentive, quick, and incredibly friendly. The food was fantastic with plenty of variety, and the team constantly made sure everything was perfect. The bar staff were equally brilliant. They were energetic, welcoming, and always happy to help no matter how busy they were. Cocktails, coffees, and drinks were served quickly and always with a smile, which made every evening even more enjoyable. The entertainment team deserve special recognition as well. Their energy, enthusiasm, and positivity were incredible from morning activities to evening shows. They worked so hard to keep everyone entertained and involved, creating a fun atmosphere for both adults and children throughout the holiday. The entire resort was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had such a warm and friendly vibe. It’s clear that every member of staff takes pride in their work and genuinely wants guests to have an unforgettable experience. Thank you again to all the staff, management, bar team, waiter team, and entertainment crew for making our holiday so special. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Cyprus."

"Newly Refurbished Imperial Island Resort (formerly Louis Imperial Beach, Paphos) I can truly say the hotel is open and ready for business! As a long-standing guest of over ten years, l was excited to return and see all the changes — and wow, what an amazing job the whole team has done! From the moment you enter, you still feel that familiar "home from home" atmosphere, now within a much more elegant setting. The reception area is light, airy, and beautifully modern, with a variety of stylish seating. The statt remain as welcoming as ever, greeting guests with a refreshing arrival drink and an effortless check-in process. Our bedroom, located on the second floor, reflects the same thoughtful upgrade. The old carpets are gone, replaced with sleek tiled floors throughout. New bedroom doors now feature tap-card entry, and the room's electricity works via a key card slot. A huge bonus — no need to pack an extension lead anymore! There are plenty of sockets, including double sockets with built-in USB and USC chargers conveniently located on each side of the bed. These even work without the card in the slot — a brilliant touch. More sockets are placed at the dressing table (finally at the right height!) and two additional double sockets on the opposite wall. The hair dryer is now stored neatly in a drawer — goodbye to those awkward old ones fixed in the bathroom wall! There are new electronic safes in the room which are easy to operate. We have an accessible room featuring a spacious wet room with an outward-opening door for easier access and extra space. It includes a handrail by the toilet and grab rails in the shower for added support and comfort. The room feels large, bright, and airy, with high-quality fittings throughout. The dining room features excellent-quality furnishings, with a variety of tables and chairs creating a modern, stylish feel. The self-service hot beverage station has been removed, and all drinks are now served directly to your table. The self-service buffet remains unchanged, offering a wide selection to suit all tastes. The staff also wear new smart uniforms, adding to the fresh and professional atmosphere. There are new sun beds throughout with deep mattresses and new parasols, making your time in the sun even more restful. The accessible toilet opposite the dining room has been refreshed and updated with a lovely large mirror, a conveniently positioned hand towel dispenser near the sink for ease of use, and a floral display that adds a welcoming touch of colour.The Fontana Bar has been beautifully refurbished, along with the outdoor terrace area, now featuring modern furnishings and a stylish mix of tables, chairs, and comfortable sofas. The bar offers a comprehensive drinks menu including a wide selection of premium branded beverages and an extensive cocktail list. My overall opinion of the refurbishment is that it has brought the hotel up to modern standards, with everything you could possibly require for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The staff and management team cannot do enough for you — nothing is ever too much trouble. Chris, the manager, has done an amazing job overseeing all of the changes. The hotel and staff look forward to welcoming both returning and new guests to experience the luxury of the Imperial Island Resort. The second phase of the planned refurbishment is due to be completed over the coming winter months, further enhancing the hotel and its facilities. I have already booked to return in September this year !"
