"as soon as we walker through the door we were looked after greeted with a lovley cool drink we had a superior sea view room was amazing everything you could need in room the views were beautiful the food was very good choice excellent and desserts amazing there was roast pork lamb beef chicken every day drinks where served around the pool and on the beach thankyou lovely waiter yousef for looking after us they work so hard in this hotel to spoil you even got a free courtesy room to shower and change on way home was. Our first time in Cyprus and this hotel will definitely be returning"

"This is our 1st time to Cyprus in 16 years and we are so glad we came back. We chose the Hotel due to the previous excellent reviews, along with the proximity to the Paphos resort centre for the 2 x 20 years olds and the 28 years old which were with us. The Louis Imperial Island is a beautiful hotel, and we will definitely be returning. All the Staff are so kind and helpful, but a special mention to Youssif, Seif, Derek and Moustafa. They really did make our holiday and couldn’t do enough for us. From drinks around the pool, to food service and general chat. They really do make the Hotel a pleasure. During our week stay we found nothing to complain about. The food was the best we have ever had in an all inclusive hotel, and the drinks were delicious and plentiful. We will lol forward to retaining. Thank you."

"We returned from a week away at the Imperial Island Resort on 24th May 2026, we travelled as a family of 3 with my 11 year old daughter - and already we want to go back. We were extremely impressed with the hotel for so many reasons. On arrival which was quite late we we given a very warm welcome by the receptionist, who arranged for our bags to be taken straight to our room. She sat us down with a welcome drink and then sent us to have food before the restaurant finished serving at 9.30pm, before continuing with the checking in process. The hotel has recently been renovated and we found the decor to be clean, minimalist and classy. Our rooms and beds were very comfortable and the shower was hot and powerful. Our towels and beach towels were replenished each day and we received water and chocolates daily as well. Our room was at the front of the hotel and we found the noise levels very quiet with the exception of the guests transiting on the corridor. The location of the hotel right on the beach and is a good 25 minute walk along a beautiful coastal path from Paphos harbour. There are regular buses from the bus stop a short walk from the hotel into Paphos harbour and Old town. The airport transfer time is approx 30 mins. The food served at the hotel is excellent, freshly cooked with so much choice available for breakfast lunch and dinner. For lunch/dinner there are plenty of salad options, cooked meat, individual dishes and pizza options, as well as cheese and desert options. The creme brulee is one of the best I have ever tasted! In between meal times, there are plenty of snack options available. We found the service in the restaurants very efficient with drinks and clearing plates. There are also the Japanese and Burger restaurants in the hotel which you can book into eat as well. We did book in to the Japanese restaurant but could not make our booking as our daughter was sleeping off her 7 hours swimming in the pool! However we did speak to other guests who said both restaurants were excellent. Now for the bar service at the pool and in the evenings! The waiters Yousef and Savvy work tirelessly with a smile on their faces. Yousef would regularly come round serving drinks by the pool, and join in with the entertainment team with an impromptu dance. He worked extremely hard to keep us 'hydrated' and was always cheerful and happy. He is a definitely a credit to the staff. Also I need to mention the new Entertainment Team who also worked incredibly hard to keep everyone entertained. They did themed shows which were all amazing, and quiz nights which were interactive, extremely funny and got everyone involved. My daughter felt particularly welcomed and accepted by the Entertainment staff, which is huge for my daughter as she has ASD. They were always happy to chat to her, spend time with her during the evening entertainment, and even arranged for her to do her own dance routine at the end of the entertainment one evening. The staff really made my daughter's experience really special which really made our holiday special! The staff work tirelessly to achieve a high standard and we noticed this. The hotel is kept extremely clean and tidy and the grounds are immaculate. I would love to return to this hotel and would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Paphos.
