"We stayed here during October half term and the hotel was not too busy. Not sure if that was due to low occupancy or because people just use it as a base. We chose this hotel mainly due to kids getting 2 proper beds rather than sharing a sofa bed. All beds were very comfy and rooms were very large but quite dated and were not particularly clean (floors were very dirty). The pool is the star here even if a little cold at end of season. Lots of loungers but also lots of shade this late in the year so if you want sun all day, you need to be selective where you sit. I would imagine in summer that shade is very welcome! Pool bar was reasonably priced and swim up bar a nice touch. We chose to upgrade to Bed and breakfast on arrival as you save a few £ opposed to booking via jet 2. Food was good and ok for few days but a bit limited in selection. You can buy 3 day vouchers or just pay as you go which was a nice option. Staff were super friendly and very helpful in reception, restaurant and bar. we didn’t stay in the hotel in the evening but heard it was very quiet, most people choosing to go to one of the 2 bars in the plaza one of which showed football. 20 minute walk to town or bus every 15 minutes and a few mini markets near by so you could do more self catering but nearest supermarket is a 20 to 30 minute walk. We hired a car from camel cars via the hotel. Be careful if you do as the collision waiver insurance is not included despite what we were told and it was very expensive. Personally I would use one of the other hire companies or camel directly so think you could get a better deal. Also top tip buy collision waiver insurance online from uk for about £5 not €50 in resort. Overall a nice little village with a great pool and possibly 4. Star back in the day. Today, it’s a little tired so more 3 star. We enjoyed our visit but I doubt I would choose to return."

"Ok positives first , Nice cats , really friendly , good selection of local restaurants in the area , close to the airport , nice cats . Friendly staff that remember your room number . Also nice setting , comfy bed , plenty of sunbeds ( we went in October half term ) The food , we only had lunch btw was really nice and I didn’t think the drinks were expensive - you must try the slushy ice coffee it was amazing . Good small kids play area Easy convenient laundrette The pool bar where you sit on a stool in the water was also really good (mostly see my down sides below ) Ok down side The pool is literally an endurance challenge , I know it’s not peak season but Brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr . So so so cold . Also the pool bar should be no smoking . In my opinion , some loud fella literally drinking all day , we could move the children out of ear shot of his continual swearing but not out of the way of the cigar smoke bellowing across the pool …. Needs looking at . Also rooms not made up unless you remember to put a sign on your handle that falls off every time. We did watch the fire dancer fella one night over at the hotel and it was genuinely a great show , also highlight captain andros and his snorkelling trip to the lagoon , it is worth a trip . 4/5 for me … Would come again but only if the pool bar was no smoking . Also my favourite cat was brownie as he had a brown mark over his nose ( see if you can meet him if you visit) he prefers the dreamies party mix dry biscuits over the wet cat food in the foil trays ."
