Aquamare Beach Hotel

"If you’re looking for Clean, peaceful and relaxing this is the hotel for you . The hotel is large with lots of space for privacy . The staff are helpful, friendly and always on hand. The lobby is very spacious with lots of small intimate areas for sitting , reading and relaxing. The hotel is spotless , tidy and beautifully cleaned. The rooms are nice , modern and lovely views of the sea . The room has small bottles of shower gel, shampoo and soap to get you started . The rooms are cleaned and made up everyday to an high standard. The balcony is small but adequate with a table and two chairs . We had a side view of the sea and heard No traffic noise. The breakfast is wonderful with an array of hot and cold delights . Evening meals in the restaurant are a high standard . Although very adult themed . But there is a children menu which they will cook to order . Chicken nuggets, fish fingers , pasta etc Fussy adults / teens may find it hard to eat so may have to go to kids menu. There are plenty of sun beds no need to reserve always available. There a large grass areas which have amazing views of the sea whilst sunbathing, reading or relaxing . There is a small beach but rocky so beach shoes needed . Swimming in the sea is a delight and refreshing . Pool is large and warm so good for getting laps in. There are no sun beds around the pool which is a good decision as this makes the pool existence more relaxing . But there is a children’s area with splash area where sun bed are next too. - [ ] Just a few points the 611 bus stops just to the left of the hotel carpark and takes you to paphos harbour / The Mall which is modern and has all the regular shops & fast food or Tomb Of The Kings for 2 euros. CASH only . Thank you to all the friendly staff especially Mari & Marina. So welcoming . The hotel has lifts to each floor so if you have a physical disability/ mobility issues this hotel will be fine. There is also a lift to pool and beach area ."

"The hotel was clean. The bedroom was spacious just a shame we're were right next to a busy road with loads of motorbikes racing up and down most nights. The hotel is quite dated with dark wood furniture. The outside space was fantastic The pool bar and food was amazing, Marina made our stay a memorable one she is so bubbly and friendly. We were woken up two morning by drilling and hammering both times before 8am which wasn't great. Although there were only two of us we were put in a room with an adjoining door to the next room, which was fine initially as there was no one in the other room but two days before we left there were two men staying in that room and we could hear every conversation word for word and every door and drawer that opened, so if you are going to stay make sure it's a two person room without an adjoining room. Overall we really enjoyed our stay but I would make different choices next time I'd ask for a sea view and no adjoining room and I'd also ask that drilling works didn't start until after 8am."
