Radisson Beach Resort

"Unfortunately this has been one of the worst hotels I've stayed at. The area is fine and there are lovely restaurants nearby but the hotel has completely let us down. Ok the first day the staff neglected to follow protocol in a storm and an umbrella by the pool flew out of its concrete base, came apart mid air from the pool area and 'launched down into the seaview bar, flew straight through the air, missed the woman's face by an inch sat next to me, I turned and it hit me in the back straight on. The staff didn't come to check, there was no safety or first aid, no ice packs all they wanted us to do was pay for our meal minutes after the incident. It took 4 attempts to talk to the general manager and heated discussions about safety and proper protocol and we were offered nothing, not even access to the CCTV footage which under EU law, we were entitled to have access to under request. Then the next day there was a dead bird on our balcony, that hadn't been cleaned in what looked like weeks, we asked them to clean the balcony thoroughly, came back to the room an hour later and the bird body was gone but then there was a bird head. They also left our balcony door wide open and hadn't replaced our towels after cleaning. It's been hellish, and not relaxing at all. The staff have been unhelpful and rude, which is such a shame as we are here for a wedding and for a little get away. We will not be staying here again."

"i stayed in room 111 for 9 nights.the maid puepa kept my room nice ( thank u ) i found overall the service was good.i only had 2 hangers so called reception and within minits had 12. the only downfalls are in the bathrooms theres no storage place for toiletries at all. the breakfast was of a wide selection however the food on the hotplates was cold and none of it covered and had flys on it even on the bacon which put me off eating it.tho i know nothink can be done about flys the food should be covered especially the cold meats and cheeses as well as the hot plates. the balcony was covered in bird droppings.my stay was very nice with good service but i would expect a 5star hotel to protect the food from flys."

"A nice hotel albeit amongst a construction site. Nice pool. Accessible from airport. Bathrooms could do with some shelving. Not enough hangers Breakfast very good-variety Underlying tone when dealing with us and wasnt pleasant"
