Hotel Park Split

"We just returned from three nights at Hotel Park Split with our two kids. I book luxury family travel for a living and have stayed at a lot of hotels. This hotel is now at the top of my list for families traveling in Croatia. A few things worth noting for families specifically: We flew in from the US and the quiet residential neighborhood was exactly what we needed after a long flight. Rooms are peaceful, beds are really comfortable, and we slept well. You’re away from the tourist crowds but still a short walk to Diocletian’s Palace and Bačvice Beach. Right across the street is a playground, and my kids made lots of new friends from around the world. The suite was spacious and well set up for a family with ocean views. The service was exceptional - staff were warm, helpful, professional. The hotel arranges a private boat day for guests — a Colnago 35 with captain and hostess who take you out to the islands and hidden coves. I am a travel agent and have sent families to luxury properties across the Mediterranean and have never seen this offered as a hotel amenity. You don’t have to research operators or book anything separately. The day on the water was the highlight of trip, we got to explore nearby islands in a luxe speedboat. My kids loved every minute of it. Excellent hotel, we will be back!"

"I stayed for 2 days, I wish it would be for a few months. If any hotel deserves 5 stars it is this hotel. 5 stars is not enough, 2 nights wasn't enough for me. Perfection starts in this hotel. I have been travelling around Europe for 2 weeks, I measure all my hotels on this hotel. No competition . This hotel is the benchmark for all Hotels."

"Came in May, was already pretty hot, actually reached 22°C today. I set thermostat all the way to negatives but hot air was blowing. Called reception, they said no aircon, whole system in heating mode, and that they can't just switch it to cooling mode. They said just open balcony... Piss poor for £200 per night 4 star hotel lol..."
