"We have just returned home to the UK after a fantastic stay at the Dubrovnik Palace. Quite possibly the best hotel we have ever stayed in. From the cleanliness of the hotel to the outstanding views from every angle it did not disappoint. We got an amazing deal on our break and we were very very happy overall. Even looked into extending our stay which unfortunately wasn’t possible. 100% recommend and will return."

"THANK YOU for another wonderful stay. We have just returned to the UK following our sixth stay at Hotel Dubrovnik Palace, and it remains the most special place for us. Five stars simply aren't enough. This hotel deserves an award of its own for its outstanding service, breathtaking views, exceptional food and attention to detail. Everything is perfect – from the beautiful outdoor pools to the spa facilities, indoor pool, jacuzzi and sauna. It is the ideal place to relax and unwind. Each day we look forward to breakfast and dinner in the Elafiti Restaurant, where the chefs and waiting staff consistently go above and beyond. A special mention must go to Marijana, who greets us every day with the warmest welcome and the biggest smile. She is a true asset to the hotel. There's also the fine dining seafront restaurant "Maslina" where we were treated to the most exquisite meal and sunset views, a truly special and memorable evening indeed. We also loved the themed dining evenings featuring Italian, French and Dalmatian cuisine, accompanied by traditional Croatian music and entertainment. These special touches make every stay memorable. Our suite was incredibly spacious and comfortable, with stunning views across the Adriatic Sea. The robes, slippers and luxury toiletries were a lovely touch and were replenished daily by the excellent housekeeping team. For us, this is our number one hotel for rest and relaxation. Its location is perfect – peaceful and tranquil, yet only a short bus ride from Dubrovnik Old Town. On many mornings, we enjoy walking there along the beautiful coastline. A heartfelt thank you to everyone at the hotel for making our latest visit so special. After six stays, it genuinely feels like coming home. "My friend and I have just returned from a 7 night stay at the Hotel Dubrovnik Palace. The hotel is situated on the peninsula at the Lapad side of Dubrovnik. Whilst this is not close to the old town and city walls it is easily accessible using the No4 bus which stops and starts at the hotel. All rooms have a sea view which is a delight to wake up to and also watch the small boats and cruise ships sail by in the evening. The rooms are kept spotlessly clean by the housekeeping staff. Towels are replaced daily. On arrival you do receive a complimentary bottle of water and the mini bar holds two small bottles of water plus the usual drinks and snacks. It would be nice if the hotel were to replenish larger bottles everyday but I understand the local water is okay to consume (just my preference to have bottled). Buffet Breakfast is served in the Elafiti restaurant, you are greeted by the lovely Maryjana, there was also a lovely gentleman who served us each day, make sure you ask for coffee with milk if your preference is latte’, I also asked for a mint tea which was served in a teapot. The food is varied and sets you up for a day of exploring. There are an abundance of sun beds at both the outside and spa pools, we certainly did not struggle to get a bed during our stay. The management of the hotel are very visible and chat to guests and staff, this has to be a contributing factor to the smooth running of the hotel. Outside the hotel there is lots to discover; walking the City Walls, Lokrum Island via the ferry, a walk around the Lokrum bay or even a short trip to Cavtat which is incredibly peaceful, we got an Uber there and bus back. For tips, buy the Dubrovnik Pass which covers entry into many places plus the City Walls walk and free bus use, we bought the 6 day pass which worked out financially. Overall a great hotel, great stank and lovely location."
