"We are here for my husband's birthday and what a fabulous hotel. I chose this hotel for it's excellent location and easy transport links but what has impressed us both is the customer service. The staff are absolutely amazing and go above and beyond to ensure that your stay is memorable. We have to give a special mention to the reception staff who really are fabulous. They spent time recommending restaurants and even booked our train tickets to Bratislava! Wow! The hotel is spotless and our room is lovely. We also have access to the Executive Lounge which is a nice added touch. We are seasoned travellers and expect high standards and service. We would definitely return to the hotel and have no hesitation in recommending it to other travellers."

"From the reservation directly through the hotel website and the exquisite attention from Ms. Andrea Sazdovska, who guided me exceptionally regarding the features of the executive double room with access to the executive lounge and breakfast included... back in April 2026, to the courtesy messages received from the front desk before arriving in Vienna, my sister with very low vision and I; after having stayed in a beautiful room with views of Maria Theresa Street, the room beautiful with a French balcony, wonderful views, comfortable beds (as in all the Hilton hotels we have been lucky enough to get to know), a spectacular bathroom: spacious with a fantastic huge walk-in shower and all the amenities we could want to have, located on the 9th floor... everything has been a wonderful experience. I want to thank Andrea for her handling of the room and all the trouble I may have caused her by asking her important things, especially traveling with a person with very low vision. But I want to thank the entire staff, fantastic staff, who from the first moment we were received by Thibo on Saturday 10/3/2026 with his wide smile, efficiency, kindness, and absolute availability, making our check-in very comfortable and being able to have the room as soon as possible, continuing with the people in charge of the Executive Lounge like Nicolás or Alessia, incredibly kind and efficient, and without being able to forget the entire restaurant team like Judy, María, Lawrenze, and the incredible Vanessa who gave us their best smiles every day, kindness, facilities, especially helping us by finding simple locations for my sister's mobility, not forgetting the kitchen staff who spoke Spanish like Francisco and Lucas... everyone, the entire team at the Hilton Plaza Vienna are of a professionalism that makes the stay in this beautiful hotel, very comfortable and friendly, where you can really rest and enjoy from morning to night. Both my sister Emilia and I want to thank the entire team for all the details received, including the mid-stay survey and the surprise that day in the middle of the week when we arrived from Salzburg and found some exquisite pastries in the room. It is a hotel that meets the characteristics of 5 stars without a doubt, but it also has such exquisite and kind staff in all its departments that it is impossible if we return to Vienna that we look for another place because we will not be able to find a better one. Absolutely recommended, very close to everything most interesting in Imperial Vienna... whether to attend an opera (we had the pleasure of being able to attend the performance of Tosca on Monday 10/5) or simply to walk through the unparalleled Vienna... I highly recommend it, you will not regret it if you choose this hotel in Vienna. Many thanks to the entire staff"

"Beautiful hotel with lovely warm staff. This is a well appointed hotel, modern but in the Art Deco style. Rooms are comfortable, very clean and well equipped. The staff are excellent, knowledgeable and helpful, we were warmly greeted at reception and by Martin in the Executive lounge. Breakfast is vast and excellent with plenty of choice for every taste. Restaurant is also excellent, best wiener schnitzel I've had in a long time. Thank you to all the team."
