"Delux garden view room , room number 343. We had a wonderful stay at IMLAUER Hotel. The highlight was the exceptional service from the reception team, especially Gala and Richard, who were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile. Their recommendations and thoughtful honeymoon surprise with a welcome note and chocolates made our stay unforgettable. The rooms were spacious, very quiet, and comfortable, with excellent soundproofing. The bathroom was large, clean, and featured double sinks, while towels were refreshed daily. The location is very convenient, just a short walk from the train station, bus stops, Old Town, and shopping areas. My only minor suggestion would be to provide additional toiletries such as hand lotion and body wash in the room by default rather than upon request. While the hotel is relatively expensive, the excellent service, comfort, and location made it a great stay."

"The location was perfect. Our room was a good size and had a large bed with a very comfortable mattress and pillows. It was also a very quiet room so we slept really well. The staff we encountered were all very friendly, cheerful and helpful. We enjoyed drinks in the beer cellar and on our last night we had a magnificent meal in their sky garden restaurant with a wonderful view of the fortress and mountains in the distance. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend the hotel to others"

"From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, the little touches were everywhere: like the hand crafted chocolates in the room arranged on a plate, or the care spent helping us choose a vegetarian restaurant by the young and hip lobby staff, or the expertise in knowing exactly what we might need like the fresh glass of spring water in the lobby after arriving. These are the attention to details you rarely find in a “big hotel” but that’s just what we found here. Like a small hotel wrapped by a super clean and modern hotel with all the big hotel amenities like a roof top restaurant with views of the fortress and the Dom. The rooms are spacious and extremely clean and allow for fresh air from the open windows And the views of old town from our room were classic postcard. It’s just far enough from the fray to be quiet, but close enough to be super convenient for walking everywhere. Go. Just go. You won’t be disappointed."
