"So relaxing, even the whole hotel smells like a spa. Reception staff attend to you instantly and efficiently. The view from my premium apartment was stunning. Fantastic pool slightly spoiled by some loud kids and babies but there are always earbuds and a podcast. The sea view is almost 180 degrees with views towards another peninsula on the island. Just heaven"

"We booked 3 nights as a last minute Easter trip after our flight to a different destination was cancelled. So glad we chose this hotel-amazing in every way. It ticked all the boxes for us. Beautiful seafront property with stunning sea view, pleasant, happy and helpful staff, super clean everywhere, neat and tidy, beautifully maintained gardens, everything working, private little rocky cove at end of gardens, looks similar to Italy or Greece actually! Very pretty. Rooftop terrace and pool(over 16 only which was a bit of a problem as one of our girls is 13, but we had a little drink up there anyway). There is also a Balinese bed terrace on opposite side. The on site a la carte restaurant ‘Amura’ was very tasty compared to a terrible meal we had one night in the town itself. I wouldn’t be overly keen on Palma nova, we really just went for a few days of calm at a lovely hotel. We booked a deluxe terrace room and honestly it was👌🏼 absolutely awesome views. You could sit for hours and just chill. Very comfortable outdoor furniture. So peaceful. Shower pressure was super powerful which was great. Bathroom had Rituals products. The breakfast was lovely, lots of variety and fresh. The evening buffet was nice, not just as good as the breakfast but fine. Desserts in Amura were beautiful. The indoor pool and spa were a real asset. Especially as April weather can be unpredictable. We were really lucky and had 3 days of sunshine and 25/26 degrees☺️ but girls loved the indoor facilities too. Nice change of scenery in the afternoon. They have a sauna, steam room, cold plunge, jacuzzi section, heated loungers etc. very nice to have on site. Little shop on ground floor is also a bonus. Pool table and table tennis table for kids/teens. Also some daily activities that are totally optional. All in all, I will be recommending to everyone. The staff do a brilliant job and seem genuinely happy. You are only a couple of minutes on foot into the town but you honestly don’t even need to leave. Also a Lidl a couple of streets away if you prefer to make lunch etc. The whole hotel seems to have gone through a full renovation and feels brand new. Beautifully decorated with a lovely vibe. If I’m being picky, I would say the fragrance in the lobby area could be toned down a bit, it’s nice but very, very strong. The property had an upmarket feel to it. We booked direct and booked our own flights. Taxis are cheaper than Ubers from the airport and the journey is 15-20mins ☺️ I would 100% book Ponent Mar again."

"Excellent location close to wonderful beach with fantastic sea views. Easy to get anywhere with a good bus service running 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Staff very helpful and lovely gig hotel with all the expected services. We will return 👍"
