"My husband myself and our daughter her husband and 2 teenagers went in October and I have to say if people moan about this hotel they obviously paid the hotel very reasonable price and expect 5 star treatment , the hotel is a very large complex with 3 pools plenty of places to eat and drink ,a lovely private beach with food and drinks still all inclusive ,entertainment in several places , we have been to a lot of all inclusive hotels and this is by far one of the best, the staff are all very friendly, there are shops within the hotel as there are no shops outside the hotel but prices are reasonable. People who complain should find somewhere else to go as there really is not anything to complain about in our view. Would we return yes if we are going to Tunisia again we would not hesitate to return"

"First PLEASE READ! If returning FROM Enfidha airport, please for the love of god, get your Dinar exchanged BEFORE getting to the airport. We got caught in what appears to be a very well-oiled scam/corruption. We tried to get our remaining dinar exchanged when we arrived at the airport, both Information AND the Exchange Desk said they couldn’t exchange our money ‘because it was from the hotel’. They needed the receipt from when the hotel exchanged it for us, luckily we had this which obviously threw them so we were told to go ‘downstairs’ to ‘Best Price’ exchange. THERE IS NO ‘BEST PRICE’ ANYWHERE AT THE AIRPORT! This is absolute rubbish (of course we just believed them), once you then go through security they are very quick to take any remaining dinar from you because it’s illegal to remove it from the Country, we explained that we were going to change it at ‘Best Price’, they practically laughed at us and said they were ‘confiscating’ the money, gave us a receipt and that was that. The information desk woman and exchange all seemed to be in on it and no doubt they split all their days takings between them all. Fuming is not the word! Second, outside the hotel there are some not-very-nice men with horse and carriages right by the bus stop to Monastir. They will tell you there are no buses for 2, 3, 4 hours to try and get you to give in. Unfortunately the buses are very unreliable, we waited an hour and 20 mins and finally one went past us after we gave up and walked to the nearby shop… Save yourself the trouble, get reception to order you a taxi which costs about 60 dinar return. The hotel is clean, spacious and the pools are lovely but a bit cold! People are saying it’s more like a 5 star hotel, this is not true but it is good for the price. Staff are friendly and helpful, animation team are great and the food was plentiful with loads of choice. I’ve probably put on a stone in a week…! There are water sports on the beach, reasonably priced and loads of things to do if you have younger kids (we didn’t). All in all, we had a lovely time but I wouldn’t come back as the airport corruption has really annoyed me. If I can help one person avoid that then I’ll be happy!"

"Booked with easyJet 23rd-30th Unable to fault the booking process transfer from the airport. Hotel- hotel grounds clean and well kept Food- average I’m not fussy but felt at times it wasn’t very nice. Plus creepy waiter who kept asking all the women to meet him when he finished work(younger or older) he wasn’t fussed. Seated by the window in area 2 the cleaners might just want to check they get to those areas we found lots of dirt. Drinks- I couldn’t find anything I really liked drink wise 😟 Room- basic but clean beds hard. The maids were amazing! Entertainment staff- most didn’t speak first one spoke with us on day 5 then a couple of the others interacted on day 6 and 7. It was just the two of us and my daughter was bored a lot of the time as they never told us about anything that was going on or tried to include her. Tried speaking with kiko but never bothered again as he was just rude. Day two I got really sick with some stomach issues and had to go and see the doctor. Ended up with antibiotics and heat a few people had the same problem so it was something going around the hotel. Jewellery shop- amazing lovely man who we looked forward to seeing every night. Horses man- lovely, polite, helpful and the horse riding was lovely. Beach- beautiful and beach bar amazing cocktails. Would we return 😬 no I don’t think we would"
